1.4 How to Attach and Remove the Strap
The Explorer model straps are interchangeable. The shorter strap must be placed in the upper slot near the display, while the longer strap belongs in the lower slot. Incorrect attachment may cause irreversible damage to the fastening system.
- To remove a strap: Hold the strap, slide the small metal part, and carefully pull out the strap.
- To attach a strap: Hold the strap and insert the metal part at one end. Then, slide the metal part at the other end and insert the strap end so that the metal part clicks into place upon release.
1.5 Charging
Full charging of the Explorer smartwatch takes approximately 4 hours, and the battery can last up to 8-9 days depending on usage. Use the included 80 cm USB-A cable with the magnetic charging base. Connect the USB-A connector to a charger, computer, or power bank, and place the magnetic base onto the back of the watch; it will attach magnetically.
1.6 Turning On/Off, Resetting, and Restarting
- To turn on: Press and hold the control crown.
- To turn off, reset to factory settings, or restart: Press and hold the control crown for 3 seconds. A menu with three options will appear; select the desired action.

The KSIX Explorer smartwatch has a 5 ATM water resistance rating.
2. Initial Setup
2.1 Download the App
The compatible app for the Explorer smartwatch is Smart-Time Pro. You can download it by searching for "Smart-Time Pro" on Google Play or the App Store.

2.2 Register in the App
- Open the app and accept the terms of use.
- Select your region.
- The registration screen will appear. You can log in using a Google account, Apple account, your email, or continue without logging in.
- Proceed to the Personal Information screen.
Fill in all required information. Once completed, you can start using the app. Ensure you grant all necessary permissions for the app to function correctly and utilize all features.
2.3 Pairing iOS / Android Device
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Log in to the Smart Time Pro app and navigate to the 'Devices' section (the third icon at the bottom of the screen).
- Tap on "Add device" [➕].
- Ensure all permissions are granted. Then, tap on "KSIX EXPLORER".

After completing these steps, a pairing message will appear on your smartwatch. Accept it [✔️].
Following successful pairing, the "Initial Setup" screen will appear. Remember to accept all permissions to ensure full smartwatch functionality.
2.4 Troubleshooting
- App cannot find the device: Turn the smartwatch off and on again.
- Device connects and disconnects frequently: There might be an obstruction between the device and the phone. Wearing metal jewelry can interfere with the connection stability.
- Functions not working correctly (e.g., call management): Check your smartphone's settings to ensure the smartwatch is paired correctly. If not, unpair the smartwatch from the Smart-Time Pro app and repeat the pairing process.
- Device not charging: This could be due to a dirty or corroded charging port.
3. Usage and Functions
It is crucial to always accept all requested permissions in the app for optimal smartwatch performance. To enable smartwatch features, grant necessary permissions via the app. Tap any function and allow it; follow any phone prompts.
3. Usage and Functions
3.1 Navigating the Smartwatch
Using the Explorer smartwatch is intuitive:
Swiping the Screen
- Swipe left: Accesses a quick menu with preset health, activity, and weather parameters. Swiping to the end reveals a [+] icon to add more options.
- Swipe right: Provides quick access to music control, mobile contacts, or the voice assistant.
- Swipe up: Opens a menu with practical functions: date, battery status, weather, Bluetooth connection, brightness control, motion sensor, flashlight, settings, and sleep mode.
- Swipe down: Displays app notifications, missed calls, and other alerts.
Using the Control Crown
Pressing the control crown opens the main menu, providing access to all smartwatch functions via their respective icons. Rotating the crown from the main screen allows you to change the watch face.
Using the Mode Button
Located below the control crown, the "Mode" button accesses the menu for various sports modes.
3.2 Changing the Watch Face
There are three ways to change the Explorer smartwatch face:
- Rotate the control crown from the main screen.
- Long-press the main screen. Then, swipe left or right to select an option.
- Via the app: Navigate to the 'Devices' section and tap 'Watch Face Gallery'. Hundreds of watch faces are available. Downloading one automatically sets it as the main watch face and adds it to your saved collection. You can also design custom watch faces with your own images or videos.
3.3 Calls
The KSIX Explorer smartwatch allows you to make, receive, and reject calls directly from your wrist, thanks to its built-in microphone and speaker.
Receiving, Answering, and Rejecting Calls
To receive calls, ensure the call notification function is enabled. Calls will appear on the screen in real-time, and the watch will ring or vibrate. Answer a call by tapping the green icon [?] or reject it by tapping the red icon [❌]. If a call is accepted, you can end it by tapping the red icon. To reject a call before answering, tap the red icon. Missed call notifications will appear on the smartwatch display. If the incoming call notification function is not active, the smartwatch will only display alerts without sound or vibration.
Making Calls
There are three ways to make calls:
- Call a Contact: The KSIX Explorer allows you to call contacts stored on your smartphone. Synchronize contacts with the watch via the app. After saving up to 20 contacts to your "Explorer" list, open the green phone icon in the "Call Menu". All selected contacts will be displayed. Tap the desired contact and then the phone icon to initiate the call. You can also access your contacts via the blue "Contacts" icon.
- Dialer: Within the "Call Menu" (green phone icon), select "Dialer". This allows you to manually dial a phone number. Tap the phone icon to make the call.
- Call Records: From the same function, select "Call Records" to view all made, received, and missed calls. Tap a phone number or contact to initiate a call.
3.4 Notifications
The smartwatch displays notifications from apps like WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and many others. Swipe down from the main screen to access received notifications.
3.5 Voice Assistants
To configure voice assistants, ensure your smartwatch is successfully synchronized with your smartphone via the Smart-Time Pro app and all necessary permissions are granted. Access this feature from the main menu by tapping the blue/purple "Voice Assistant" icon [?️].
3.6 Music Control
The smartwatch includes a music control feature. Open the main menu and tap the music note icon [?]. This function works with music apps like Spotify or Apple Music. Tap the play/pause icon to control playback, and skip tracks. You can also adjust the volume. When paired with your phone, audio from apps like YouTube or WhatsApp will play through the smartwatch. To prevent this, go to your smartphone's settings, find the Explorer device options, and disable media audio output to route sound back to your phone.
3.7 Remote Camera Control
The KSIX Explorer allows you to take photos remotely from your smartphone. Open the main menu, tap the camera icon [?]. If your smartphone is unlocked and paired, its camera app will launch. Position your smartphone and tap the camera icon on the watch to take a picture.
3.8 Anti-lost Function
The KSIX Explorer features an anti-lost function. Open the main menu and tap the blue radar icon [?]. Tap it again to make your paired phone emit a sound, helping you locate it.
3.9 GPS
The Explorer is equipped with GPS, which provides accurate activity tracking when connected to your mobile phone and selecting an outdoor sports mode. The Explorer is compatible with the "Strava" app.
3.10 AGPS
This function provides more precise location and positioning. Select an open outdoor area. AGPS synchronizes automatically with the smartwatch upon initial app pairing and is valid for 7 days. The app will prompt for updates thereafter. You can also update it manually via the app by tapping "Positioning Assist".
3.11 Compass
The Explorer has a built-in compass. Access it by tapping the 'Compass' icon [?]. You may be prompted to calibrate it by moving the watch in a figure-eight motion.
3.12 Altimeter
The Explorer's altimeter can be accessed from the main menu. When correctly connected, it displays your current altitude.
3.13 Barometer
The Explorer's barometer is accessible from the main menu. When correctly connected, it displays the atmospheric pressure at your location.
3.14 Other Functions
The Explorer offers a range of other functions, including: alarm, calculator, stopwatch, timer, weather, breathing exercises, and sedentary reminders.
4. Health
4.1 Sports Tracking
The Explorer allows you to track a wide variety of sports. Open the main menu and tap the green running icon [?]. You will find a selection of sports such as running, cycling, basketball, football, hiking, and freestyle training, among others.
Tapping on a sport starts the activity, displaying real-time data like heart rate, steps taken, calories burned, and duration. These metrics may vary depending on the sport. You can also access this feature via the quick access menu. You can also start tracking your sports from the Smart-Time Pro app in the sports section.
4.2 Activity Tracking
The smartwatch automatically records steps taken, calories burned, and distance covered. To view this information, go to the main menu and tap the icon with blue, green, and pink rings [?]. This feature is also accessible via the quick access menu. This data is also available in the sports section of the Smart-Time Pro app.
4.3 Heart Rate Monitor
The KSIX Explorer automatically monitors your heart rate. Enable this function in the Smart-Time Pro app. You can measure your heart rate instantly by opening the main menu and tapping the red heart icon [❤️]. After a few seconds, your heart rate per minute will be displayed. This function is also accessible via the quick access menu or by pressing the lower button on the smartwatch. This data is displayed in the health section of the Smart-Time Pro app.
4.4 Blood Pressure Monitor
The smartwatch allows for instant blood pressure measurement. To do this, go to the main menu and tap the orange stethoscope icon [?]. Once inside, tap the "play" icon and remain still. After a few seconds, your blood pressure readings will be displayed and also shown in the health section of the Smart-Time Pro app.
4.5 Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Monitor
The KSIX Explorer allows for instant measurement of blood oxygen saturation levels. To use this tool, open the main menu and tap the white icon depicting blue and red semicircles [?]. Remain still for a few seconds to display your blood oxygen saturation values. This data is also shown in the health section of the Smart-Time Pro app.
4.6 Sleep Monitor
The smartwatch monitors your sleep, providing statistics on duration and quality. More detailed information is available in the Smart-Time Pro app compared to the watch itself.
- On the Smartwatch: To check your sleep duration, go to the main menu and tap the blue bed icon [?️]. Your sleep time will be displayed.
- In the App: Sleep data is also available in the app's home section. You can view your total sleep time, deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness periods. Weekly and monthly sleep records with all sleep data are also accessible. You can add this function to the quick access menu by tapping the [+] icon.
4.7 Menstrual Cycle Tracking
The Smart-Time Pro app allows you to set reminders for your menstrual cycle. Navigate to the "Device" section in Smart-Time Pro and tap "Period Tracker". Here, you can set cycle length, period duration, and reminders. The app will display a calendar with your cycle data, and reminders will appear on the Explorer smartwatch.
4.8 Sedentary Reminders
You can set sedentary reminders to encourage a more active lifestyle. Access and configure these reminders in the app, specifying the time range and frequency (e.g., hourly, every 2 hours). These reminders will appear on your smartwatch at the set intervals.

6. Safety, Maintenance, and Usage Recommendations
Read all documentation and instructions before using the product. Use only compatible accessories. Clean the product regularly with a dry cloth. Ensure the product is disconnected or powered off during cleaning. Keep ports and connectors clean to ensure proper connection. Avoid dropping or damaging the product. Do not apply excessive pressure to any part. Do not bend or pull cables excessively. Do not expose the product to moisture levels beyond its rating. If the product is water-resistant, rinse with clean water and dry after any liquid exposure. Always store the product in a dry place away from moisture. Keep away from flammable materials, heat sources, and extreme temperatures. When not in use, disconnect and store in a clean, dry place. If liquid enters the product, immediately disconnect it from any power source. Do not use the product for unintended purposes. Do not use if visible defects are present. Do not open, disassemble, or attempt self-repair, as this voids the warranty. Keep out of reach of children. Recycle the product according to local environmental regulations.
If the product contains a battery, maintain its charge between 20% and 80% capacity to prolong battery life.
