How to Wear

For optimal sealing and audio performance, try different ear tip sizes:

• XS (Open Ear Tips)
• S/M/L (Sealing Ear Tips)

Ear tip sound settings can be adjusted within the JBL Headphones app.

First-Time Use

Place both earbuds in the charging case.

Power On & Connect

The earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode when removed from the charging case.

Connecting to Devices:

• Others: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JBL Tune Flex 2" to connect.
• Android™: Compatible with Android phones running version 6.0 or later. "JBL Tune Flex 2" will appear on devices linked to your account.
• Windows 10 v1803+: Your device may support Microsoft Swift Pair. If "JBL Tune Flex 2" is found, connect to it.

Dual Connect + Sync

You can use either one earbud (Mono mode) or both earbuds (Stereo mode) simultaneously.

Multi-Point Connection

Connect your JBL Tune Flex 2 to a maximum of two devices simultaneously.

To switch between devices: Tap the earbud once.

To disconnect and re-pair: Hold the earbud for 5 seconds.

Controls

Control your music, calls, and voice assistant with intuitive touch controls on the earbuds.

• ANC/Ambient Aware/TalkThru: Tap the earbud to cycle through modes.
• Music Playback: Play/Pause (Tap × 1), Next Track (Tap × 2), Previous Track (Tap × 3).
• Volume Control: Increase Volume (Tap and hold +), Decrease Volume (Tap and hold -).
• Calls: Answer/End Call (Tap × 1), Reject Call (Hold for 2s).
• Voice Assistant: Activate Bixby/Siri/Others (Tap × 3).

*Enable advanced controls by connecting your JBL TUNE FLEX 2 to the JBL Headphones app.

**Select the ear tips you are using in the app for the best sound performance.

VoiceAware

Adjust the level of ambient sound you hear while using the earbuds. This feature can be customized in the JBL Headphones app.

Power Off

Place the earbuds back in the charging case to power them off automatically.

Factory Reset

To reset your JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds to factory settings:

1. Tap both earbuds twice.
2. Hold both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Charging

Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging case and a power source.

Charging Indicator: The LED on the case indicates charging status.

Fast Charging: 10 minutes of charging provides approximately 3 hours of music playback.

LED Behaviors

• Bluetooth Connecting: Pulsing blue light.
• Bluetooth Connected: Solid blue light.
• Bluetooth Not Connected: No light or flashing blue light.
• Low Battery: Red light.
• Charging: Pulsing red light.
• Fully Charged: Solid green light or no light (depending on case design).
