Cooking Functions Explained
Conventional Cooking
This method uses heat emanating evenly from the lower and upper elements, ensuring consistent cooking on both the top and bottom of the food. It is ideal for cakes, pastry, baked pasta, lasagne, and pizza.
Full Grill / Medium Grill
The full grill function is perfect for quick grilling, toasting favourite meals, or finishing the tops of dishes. The medium grill offers a less intense grilling option.
Defrost
In defrost mode, only the fan circulates air inside the oven to defrost food up to 30% faster than traditional methods. No heating elements are used.
Thermo-Wave Fan Assisted
This function utilizes heat from the lower and upper heating elements, circulated by the fan motor and blades, for even cooking throughout the oven.
Oven Light [?]
The oven light activates automatically when any function is selected, allowing you to monitor cooking progress.
Fan Forced Cooking [?️]
Ideal for achieving the ultimate roast or a perfect batch of pastries. The element surrounding the fan distributes even heat for consistent cooking results, with a recommended temperature range of 160°C - 180°C.
Fan Grill [♨️]
This function is perfect for fish, chicken fillets, or meat cutlets. It combines grilling with fan circulation for exceptional cooking results on meats like poultry, game, and roasts.

This function is great for pizza cooking, as the bottom element creates the perfect heat for base-cooked food.
