Initial Setup:

VCI Connection:

Connect the VCI with the vehicle's DLC, which is typically located under the vehicle dash.

The radiated output power is below FCC radio frequency exposure limits. The device should be used to minimize human contact potential during normal operation. The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limit is 1.6 W/Kg. Actual SAR levels may be lower than the maximum certified level.

Key Functions

Programming Function

This function requires connection between the MaxiIM IM608 Pro II tablet and the XP400 Pro.

Immobilizer Function

This function requires connection between the vehicle, the MaxiIM IM608 Pro II tablet, and the XP400 Pro.

Wireless Data Printing

To print wirelessly, a PC is required.

  1. Download and install the Maxi PC Suite from www.autel.com > Support > Downloads > Autel Update Tools onto a Windows-based PC.
  2. IMPORTANT: Ensure the tool and PC are on the same network (Wi-Fi or wired) as the printer.
  3. Launch the PC Link application on the PC and navigate to the 'MaxiSys Printer' tab.
  4. Click 'Test Print' to verify printer functionality.
  5. On the tool, tap 'Print' on the toolbar. A temporary document is created and sent to the PC.
  6. If 'Auto Print' is selected in MaxiSys Printer, the document prints automatically.
  7. If 'Auto Print' is not selected, click 'Open PDF File' to view temporary files, select desired files, and click 'Print'.
