Important Safeguards
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning or handling, putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles, or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not place any part of the Air Fryer Oven in water or other liquids. See instructions for maintenance and cleaning.
- This appliance should not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the appliance has malfunctioned or has been dropped or damaged in any way or is not operating properly. Return the Air Fryer Oven to the store or retailer where it was purchased for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory not recommended may cause injury.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over the edge of the table or countertop where it could be pulled on inadvertently by children or pets. Do not let the power cord touch hot surfaces to avoid damaging.
- Do not place Air Fryer Oven near hot gas, the electric burner or in a heated oven.
- Do not use this Air Fryer Oven for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of materials other than metal or glass in the oven.
- To avoid burns, use extreme caution when removing Air Fryer Oven accessories or disposing of hot grease.
- When not in use, always unplug the unit. Do not store any materials other than manufacturer's recommended in this Air Fryer Oven.
- Do not put any of the following materials in the Air Fryer Oven: paper, cardboard, plastic and similar products.
- Do not cover Crumb Tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.
- Oversize food, metal foil packages and utensils must not be put into the Air Fryer Oven, as they may cause fire hazard or electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the Air Fryer Oven touches and is covered by flammable materials such as curtains, draperies or wallpapers. Do not place any items on top of the appliance when in operation. Do not operate the oven under wall cabinets.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a risk of electric shock.
- Do not attempt to dislodge food when the Air Fryer Oven is plugged into electrical outlet.
- Warning: To avoid possibility of fire, NEVER leave Air Fryer Oven unattended during use.
- Use recommended temperature settings for all cooking/baking, roasting and Air Frying.
- Do not rest cooking utensils or baking dishes on glass door.
- Turn the ON/Oven Timer and the ON/Toaster Timer dials to the OFF position to turn off the Air Fryer Oven.
- Do not operate your appliance in an appliance garage or under a wall cabinet. When storing in an appliance garage, always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Not doing so could create a risk of fire, especially if the appliance touches the walls of the garage or the door touches the unit as it closes.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- A fire may occur if the Air Fryer Oven is covered or touches flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and so on when in operation. Do not place any item on top of the appliance when in operation.

SPECIAL CORD SET INSTRUCTIONS
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord must be accordant with the electrical rating of the appliance. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop, where it can be tripped over unintentionally or pulled on by children.

Parts and Accessories
The Air Fryer Oven includes the following parts:
- A. Rotisserie Spit Assembly: Used for roasting whole chickens.
- B. Air Fryer Basket: Grated basket for air circulation during cooking. Can be used with the Baking/Drip Pan or on the Wire Rack.
- C. Wire Rack: Can be placed in the bottom, middle, or top rack positions.
- D. Baking Pan: Also serves as a Drip Pan, can be placed in any of the three rack positions.
- E. Fetch Rack: Used to easily remove roasted whole chicken.
- F. Removable Crumb Tray: Slides out from the bottom front for easy cleaning. Should always be placed underneath the bottom heating elements when the oven is in use.
- G. Air Fryer Oven: The main appliance unit.

Operating Your Oven
Oven Rack Positions
There are 3 rack positions: top, middle, and bottom.
Before Your First Use:
- Unpack the Air Fryer Oven and remove all packaging materials. Clean the Air Fryer Oven according to the Care & Cleaning section of this manual.
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface. Ensure that the oven is 2 to 4 inches away from the wall or any other objects.
- Perform a trial run to eliminate any protective substance from the heating elements. Conduct the trial run in a well-ventilated area; a small amount of smoke and odor may be detected, which is normal.
General Operation Notes:
- Adjusting Time and Temperature: Under each function mode, time and temperature can be adjusted. Press the Time / Temperature adjust mode switch button. The temperature display will flash; turn the adjusting knob to set the temperature. Press the button again to make the time display flash, then turn the knob clockwise to adjust the desired time.
- Fan Speed: The oven has adjustable fan speed. Under each function mode, there is a default fan speed. Press the fan speed button to achieve the desired fan speed (high or low).
Cooking Functions:
French Fry
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place the Air Fryer Basket on the Wire Rack or in the Baking/Drip Pan. Use the Air Fryer function in the middle or bottom rack position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "French fry". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The French fry icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Pizza
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place pizza on the wire rack, then place the wire rack in the middle rack position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Pizza". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Pizza icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Fish
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place food on the wire rack, then place the wire rack in the middle rack position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Fish". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Fish icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Toast
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place bread on the wire rack, then place the wire rack in the middle rack position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Toast". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Toast icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Bake
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Use the Wire Rack on the Baking/Drip Pan. You can also use oven-safe glassware (up to 12"x12"). Use the Bake function in the middle or bottom rack position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Bake". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Bake icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Air Broil
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place the Baking/Drip Pan in the middle position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Air broil". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Air Broil icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Defrost
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place the Baking/Drip Pan in the middle position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Defrost". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Defrost icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Air Roast
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place the Baking/Drip Pan in the middle position.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Air roast". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Air Roast icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Dehydrate
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place the air fry basket in the middle position. Place food evenly on the basket in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Dehydrate". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Dehydrate icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires.
- Time, temperature, and fan speed can be adjusted as desired.
- Unplug the oven when not in use.
Rotisseries
- Place the Air Fryer Oven on a flat, stable, level surface, 2-4 inches away from walls/objects.
- Ensure the Removable Crumb Tray is in place at the bottom.
- Place one Rotisserie Fork on the end of the Rotisserie Spit, facing the center, and tighten the Rotisserie Screw.
- Slide the solid end of the Rotisserie Spit through the center of the food.
- Place the other Rotisserie Fork on the other end of the Spit, facing the roast, and tighten the Rotisserie Screw.
- Center the roast on the Spit and ensure the forks secure it. Tighten screws.
- For poultry, secure legs and wings with string to make the roast compact for smooth rotation.
- Season or baste the roast as desired.
- Insert the solid end (Right Side) of the Spit into the drive socket on the right interior wall of the oven.
- Insert the grooved end (Left Side) of the Spit into the support on the left interior wall of the oven.
- After plugging in, the LED shows "OFF". Turn any knob or press start/stop to activate standby mode.
- Turn the function knob to select "Rotisseries". Time, fan speed, and temperature will display.
- Press start/stop to begin cooking. The Rotisseries icon will flash. The display shows "OFF" when time expires. Unplug when not in use.
- Remove the roast using the Rotisserie Removal Tool. Lift the left side and slide the right side out of the socket.
- Place the roast on a cutting board and let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Using a pot holder, loosen the Rotisserie Screws on the forks and remove the Spit from the roast.
- Carefully remove the Rotisserie Forks and carve the roast.
Trussing Poultry
Step 1: Place the poultry on a cutting board, breast up. Place twine under the wings, then pull the twine evenly between legs and breast.
Step 2: Cross the twine.
Step 3: Run the twine under the end of the legs.
Step 4: Wrap the twine up and around legs, bring them together, then tie the twine into a knot and a bow to secure.
Step 5: Run the rotisserie rod through the cavity of the poultry. Secure the rotisserie fork between the legs and into the back of the poultry, then tighten the screw on the rotisserie fork.
Step 6: Place the other rotisserie fork on the rotisserie rod already inserted. Slide down and secure the rotisserie fork into both sides of the breast. Tighten down the screw on the rotisserie rod. Load into the oven.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Unplug the Air Fryer Oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners; they will damage the surface. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Apply detergent to a cloth, not directly onto the oven. Avoid excessive pressure on the control panel.
- To clean interior walls and bottom, use a damp soapy cloth or sponge. Never use harsh abrasives, corrosive products, or oven cleaner sprays. Never use steel wool pads.
- The Wire Rack, Baking/Drip Pan, Air Fryer Basket, and Removable Crumb Tray should be hand-washed in hot, sudsy water or cleaned with a nylon scouring pad or brush. These parts are not dishwasher safe.
- Always clean the Removable Crumb Tray after each use to prevent smoking. Soak in hot, sudsy water or use nonabrasive cleaners for stubborn stains. Never operate the oven without the Crumb Tray in place.
- The Rotisserie Spit, Forks, Screws, and Removal Tool can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge in hot, sudsy water. Soak stubborn stains before cleaning.
- Clean the top interior of the oven to remove excess grease, which can prevent smoking during subsequent uses.

The 1-year Limited Warranty is valid for products purchased from MOOSOO, starting from the date of original retail purchase. MOOSOO provides customer service for defects in quality or materials under normal, non-commercial use.
