Low power radio frequency electrical equipment that has obtained an approval certificate shall not have its frequency, power, or original design characteristics and functions altered by the company, shop, or user without authorization. If interference with aviation safety or lawful communication occurs, it must be immediately suspended and improved until no interference is present. Lawful communication refers to wireless communication operated according to the Telecommunications Management Act. Low power radio frequency electrical equipment must tolerate interference from lawful communication or industrial, scientific, and medical radio frequency electrical equipment.
