Product Categories

TECHWRENCH™ Torque Wrench Series

These cutting-edge torque wrenches offer advanced features such as memory models for storing and downloading data. The "D" series software prevents inadvertent presets. Accuracy is rated at 2% clockwise and 3% counterclockwise for flex head models.

TTC2800 Calibrator

A top-of-the-line tester and calibrator featuring mechanized loading, designed for precise calibration of torque instruments.

Understanding Torque Wrench Accuracy

For All Mechanical Click-Type Wrenches: The ANSI Standard allows a 4% reading error between 20% and 100% of wrench capacity. Below 20%, the allowable error is 0.8% of the reading. This means a wrench used at 5% of its full scale may have up to a 16% error. Caution is advised when selecting torque wrenches scaled below 20% of full scale, as they may not be accurate. It is recommended to select a torque wrench where the working range falls near the midpoint of its capacity.

QD Series Torque Wrenches

Featuring adjustable, preset, and interchangeable head models, these wrenches offer accuracy within 4% clockwise and 6% counterclockwise. They include a firm click, robust housing, and high-strength sealed ratchets.

TQ Series Torque Wrenches

These durable split-beam style torque wrenches do not require zeroing after use and are accurate to 4% in the clockwise direction only. They feature a thumbscrew adjustment and an easy-to-read analog dial face.

TE Series Dial Wrenches

Offering direct reading accuracy within 3%, these wrenches are ideal for torque verification and feature a micrometer adjustable mechanism.

QDRIVER™ Series Torque Drivers

Available in adjustable and preset models, these drivers are accurate to within 6% clockwise and are ideal for low torque applications. They feature a limiting clutch to prevent overtorquing and an easy-to-read torque setting.
