Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check if the power cord is properly connected.

- Poor Picture Quality: Adjust picture settings. Ensure the signal source is good.
Precautions for Protecting the OLED TV Screen
- Avoid displaying static images for extended periods to prevent screen burn-in.
- Vary content regularly.
- If you must display static content, use screen saver features if available.
- Avoid displaying content with high contrast static elements for long durations.
- Turn off the TV when not in use.
Recommendations for Minimizing Image Retention
- Use the 'OLED Care' or similar features in the TV settings.
- Avoid leaving the TV on with a static image displayed for more than a few hours.
- If you watch a lot of content with static elements (e.g., news channels with tickers, video game HUDs), consider varying the content or using the TV's screen-saving features.
