BigFoot Polishing Systems Overview
The BigFoot system offers a variety of polishing actions, including Rotary, Orbital, and Gear Driven movements. Each type of movement is optimized for specific applications and user preferences.
Rotary Action
A rotating pad that spins on a central axis at maximum speed applied to the edge of the pads. Rotary motion can be the most aggressive, generating significant friction and heat, which can lead to burns, burn-throughs, and scratches if not used properly. However, for skilled technicians, rotary tools offer the lowest vibration levels.
Random Orbital Action
The backing plate follows an orbit while freely pivoting around its own central axis. This dual-action movement offers the best compromise between efficiency and surface treatment quality.
Gear Driven Action
The backing plate follows an orbit and is simultaneously constrained to pivot around its own central axis. This gear-driven dual-action movement is more aggressive than random orbital movement and generally produces a higher vibration level.

HLR21 iBrid & HLR15 iBrid
These iBrid polishers feature advanced gear technology for reduced noise and vibration, a brushless motor for superior efficiency and maximum power, an anti-rotation ring for precision and durability, and an LED indicator for battery status. The 18V Lithium-Ion batteries provide 40 minutes of continuous power.

LHR21 Mark V & LHR15 Mark V

Surface Preparation and Cleaning
REVEAL Residue Remover
REVEAL LITE is a surface preparation and cleaning spray formulated to remove compound and polishing oils, residues, waxes, and other surface contaminants. REVEAL STRONG is used after polishing to remove residual oils and reveal the true nature of the results before applying protection.
