PREDATOR Generator Quick Start Guide

Model: 70143

Important Safety Information

STOP Check total Start-up watts amount before plugging in any equipment.

DANGER: Using a generator indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell.

NEVER use inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open. Only use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors, and vents.

DANGER: Do not use in trailers, truck beds, or tents.

Use at least 20 feet away from people, animals, and structures with exhaust pointed away.

Wattage Estimation

To ensure proper operation and prevent overloading, it is crucial to estimate the total wattage required for your connected devices.

How to Estimate Wattage:

  1. Add up the Running Watts for all items you intend to use simultaneously.
  2. Ensure this total running wattage is below the generator's rated capacity (3600 Watts for LPG, 3900 Watts for gasoline).
  3. Identify the single highest starting watts among your selected items.
  4. Add this highest starting wattage to the total running wattage.
  5. Confirm that this combined total startup wattage does not exceed the generator's maximum rated wattage (5000 Watts).
  6. When powering on devices, start with the largest wattage items first.

Note: Wattage figures listed are estimates. Always check the nameplate ratings on your appliances for precise wattage requirements.
