This machine adopts microprocessor program control, featuring high precision in parameter memory and control, with a digital dual display control box for steady and accurate operation. It can bake and fabricate colorful logos, portraits, photos, and scenery patterns. It is applicable for baking cups, baking trays, baking hats, heat transfer clothing (T-shirts), mouse pads, pillows, and metal ornaments. It can also be used for personalized articles, integrating artistic appreciation and utility.

Control Buttons:

• ▲: Increase / Manual countdown start
• ▼: Decrease / Manual countdown stop

Control Box Connections:

• Aviation Plug (connected to the main machine or mug printing's limit switch line)
• Aviation Plug (connected to the main heating plate or mug mat plate's line)

How to Set the Control Box

1. Temperature Setting: Press the "SET" key. The upper display frame shows "SP". The lower display frame shows temperature values. Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons to increase or decrease the temperature.
2. Time Setting: Double press the "SET" key. The upper display frame shows "S". The lower display frame shows time. Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons to increase or decrease the time.
3. Centigrade / Fahrenheit Conversion: Press the "SET" key 3 times. The upper display frame shows "C-F". The lower display frame shows temperature units. Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons to convert between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
4. Start the Countdown: In the interface shown, press the ▲ button to start the countdown.

Users' Guide

Thank you for purchasing our product. This is a multi-purpose heat press machine suitable for T-shirts, caps, china, and mugs. Different tasks require different attachments.

1. Attachment for T-shirts

The machine is defaulted to T-shirt mode. The default temperature is 356°F, and the timer is set to 30 seconds.

2. Ceramic Plate Installation

To install a plate press: Remove the screws on the heating plate. Install the plate press by switching the two screws on the backside of the plate press.

3. Attachment for Caps/Hats Installation

The attachment slides in and out easily. After removing the previous attachment, insert the attachment for caps/hats and slide it in, then secure it with screws.

4. Attachment for Cups and Cylindrical Objects Installation

This attachment does not require installation; simply plug it into the control box to operate. To replace a cup, loosen the clamp and replace the cup.

Notes and Troubleshooting

Important Notes:

• 1. Different heating press materials, times, and temperatures will vary.
• 2. It is recommended to test a sample to determine the correct temperature and time before large-quantity printing.
• 3. For fabric printing:
  • General fabric requires approximately 180°C / 356°F.
  • Fabric with sublimation paper: 30-50 seconds.
  • 100% cotton with transfer paper: 15-20 seconds.

To print and make personalized DIY products, you will need the following equipment and materials:

1. Inkjet printer / Six-color printer (e.g., Epson R-230 / R270 / R290 / T50). Different models of Inkjet Printers may require different CISS.
2. CISS (Continuous Ink Supply System)
3. Sublimation ink / Heat transfer ink
4. High-temperature resistant tape
5. Sublimation paper / Heat transfer paper (for Ceramic and fabric)
6. Paper cutter
7. Mug/cup and plate press: Standard mugs and plates cannot be used for pressing. Only sublimation mugs and plates can be used.
