Operating instructions - Oven Baumatic B153SS Control panel Selecting an oven function The oven function selector knob should be used to select the particular mode of cooking that you require. When the function is selected the power indicator light will come on. Conventional Oven (top and lower element) Lower Element Only Conventional Oven and Fan Fan and Lower Element Fan and Grill Thermostat Control Knob The oven thermostat control knob sets the required temperature of the oven. To select the temperature turn the control knob clockwise. Oven operating indicator neon The neon light will come on to indicate that the oven's heating elements are in operation. The neon will turn off when the temperature set on the thermostat control knob have been reached. It will cycle on and off throughout the cooking time. Using the minute minder The minute minder can be used independently of an oven cooking function for a time period of up to 60 minutes. To set the timer, turn the knob fully clockwise until it stops and then turn it back anticlockwise to the required time. The minute minder indicator neon will light, to show that the minute minder is in use.
