JBL Headphones App

Enhance your listening experience with the JBL Headphones app. Download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to gain more control and personalization.

Power On & Connect

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the headphones. They will automatically enter pairing mode.

Indicator: Power LED turns on.

Button Commands

ANC ON/OFF & TalkThru: Press and hold for 2 seconds to toggle Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and TalkThru modes.
Voice Assistant (Google Assistant/Alexa/Siri): Press the button once (×1) to activate your preferred voice assistant.
Play/Pause/Call Management: Press the button once (×1) to play/pause music or answer/end calls. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call or switch to call waiting.
Next Track: Double press the button (×2).
Previous Track: Triple press the button (×3).
Volume Up: Press and hold the '+' button.
Volume Down: Press and hold the '-' button.
Ambient Aware / TalkThru: Press the button once (×1) to cycle through Ambient Aware, TalkThru, and ANC Off modes.

Wired Listening

Connect the included audio cable to the 3.5mm aux input on the headphones and your audio source for wired listening. This also enables Hi-Res Audio.

Multi-Point Connection

Connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. The headphones will automatically switch between devices.

Indicator: Pairing mode is indicated by a flashing LED.

Charging

Connect the USB charging cable to the headphones and a power source. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Indicator: Charging LED behavior indicates charging status (charging, low battery, fully charged).

LED Behaviors

Power On: LED illuminates.
BT Connecting: LED flashes.
BT Connected: LED is solid.
ANC On: LED indicates ANC is active.
Low Battery: LED indicates low battery status.
Charging: LED indicates charging in progress.
Fully Charged: LED indicates charging is complete.
