PRODUCT SPECIFIC SAFEGUARDS
During operation: · Surfaces are hot. DO NOT touch the hot surfaces. · Hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands
and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings. · Hot steam and air may escape when the appliance cooking basket is opened. · Take care when moving the appliance, or removing accessories and food as hot oil or other hot liquids may be present. · DO NOT place anything on top of the appliance. · DO NOT clean the appliance with metal kitchen utensils, caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or scouring sponges.
Whilst Air Frying: · DO NOT place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as
a tablecloth or curtain. · DO NOT place the appliance against a wall or against other
appliances. Leave at least 10cm free space on the back and sides and 10cm free space above the appliance. · DO NOT place the appliance in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes. · DO NOT cover the air inlet and outlet during operation. · Any accessories, baking trays or oven dishes used in the appliance will become hot. Always use oven gloves when handling or removing anything from the appliance. · DO NOT place food that is still packed in plastic wrap or plastic bags in the appliance. · DO NOT allow food to come into contact with the heating element of the appliance. · If the appliance begins to emit smoke, unplug it immediately. Only open the door once the smoke has cleared. Remove burnt remnants. · DO NOT leave this appliance unattended whilst operating.

HOW TO USE YOUR AIR FRYER
Before first use: Carefully remove your appliance from the packaging, remove all packing materials and promotional labels. DO NOT remove the rating label. To avoid danger, always keep packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, ect.) away from children. Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner. Check that the main products, the accessories, the power cord and the plug are in good condition and show no signs of damage. Thoroughly clean the cooking baskets and grill plates with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. Dry thoroughly. Place the grill plates on the bottom of the cooking baskets before use. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Do not fill the appliance with oil or frying fat. This appliance operates using hot air and requires very little to no oil. Familiarise yourself with the control panel in the section above. Situate your appliance according to the Important Information section. NOTE: When using the appliance for the first time, a slight smoke or odour may be emitted. This is normal and will soon subside. Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation around the appliance.

AIR FRYING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance allows for each cooking basket to be used independently. The two compartments with the left and right controls allow for two separate food preparations to be completed at the same time regardless of differences in cooking temperature and timer.
Air Fryer Cooking Basket Safety Switch: Both cooking baskets will stop working when either basket is pulled from the chamber, triggering the safety switch. The appliance will retain the current menu settings including time and temperature, the corresponding basket indicator and the start/pause key will flash until the basket is returned with the display showing `OUT'. Please reset the menu if the basket is pulled out for more than 10 minutes or the fryer will power off automatically.
Removing The Cooking Baskets: The air fryer baskets can be removed from the air fryer. To do this, pull on the handle at any time to slide each air fryer basket out of the air fryer. NOTE: If a cooking basket if removed from the main body of the appliance the corresponding display will show `OUT'. If the air fryer is in operation then the corresponding side of the air fryer will stop working until the cooking basket is re-inserted. NOTE: Removing one air fryer basket from the appliance will not disturb the cooking process for the other basket.
Turning the Appliance On/Off: Plug the appliance into a suitable mains socket. If both baskets are situated inside the appliance will be a sound prompt and the LCD display will illuminate all indicators for a second before turning off and leaving only the power key illuminated. Press the power key on the control panel to turn the appliance on. There will be a sound prompt and the control panel keys will illuminate. Long-press the Power Key while the appliance is turned on or operating to put the unit into standby mode with three sound prompts. The control panel will return to only having the power key illuminated.
Selecting the Cooking Baskets: The appliance allows for either the left or right cooking basket to be used, or to use both baskets to be used simultaneously. To select the air fryer basket, press either the left `L' or the right `R' key on the control panel. Once pressed, the corresponding key will flash with the display alternating between currently selected temperature and timer.
At any time the other air fryer basket can be selected. To do this, press the other cooking basket key which will cause a sound prompt with the newly press air fryer basket key to flash to indicate that other control panel operations will affect this air fryer basket.

AIRFRYING INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-set Menus: Once the appliance is on and the desired cooking basket has been selected, one of the eight pre-set cooking options can be selected to quickly start cooking. To do this, press the Menu key on the control panel which will select the first pre-set of Fries with the indicator flashing to show that is has been selected. To select other pre-sets from the menu key repeatedly press the menu key to cycle through the available pre-sets outlines below. NOTE: When a pre-set is selected, changes can still be made to both temperature and timer to fit the desired cooking needs, this is described in the following sections. Additionally, adjustments can be made during the cooking process. Refer to the "Setting the Temperature" and "Setting the Timer" sections for further guidance.

NOTE: It is not possible to change pre-sets midway through a cooking cycle. To change preset once a cooking cycle has started the air fryer must first be stopped using the pause key or ended using the power key before a new pre-set can be selected.
NOTE: The pre-set cooking settings are to be used as indications with ingredients differing in size and shape. The best settings for chosen ingredients cannot be guaranteed so making changes is encouraged.
NOTE: Add 3 minutes to the cooking time before attempting to air fry if the appliance or food is cold before cooking.
Setting the Temperature: The appliance's cooking temperature can be set manually, from 80°C to 200°C for typical operation and from 40°C to 80°C for dehydrating. While either air fryer basket is selected use the up and down temperature keys to alter the temperature in increments of 5°C as shown on the corresponding display with a sound prompt at each step. This works the same on both air fryer baskets depending on which one is selected.
Alternatively, press and hold the temperature up or down keys to cycle through the temperatures more quickly with only one sound prompt at the first key press.
To change the temperature while in operation, ensure the correct air fryer basket is selected and press the up or down temperature key to change the set temperature.

AIRFRYING INSTRUCTIONS
Setting the Timer: The air fryer's timer can be set manually, from 1 minute to 60 minutes normally and from 1 hour to 24 hours for dehydrating. While either air fryer basket is selected use the up and down timer keys to alter the timer in increments of 1 minute normally or 1 hour for dehydrating as shown on the corresponding display with a sound prompt at each step. This works with same on both air fryer baskets depending on which one is selected. Alternatively, press and hold the timer up or down keys to cycle through the times more quickly with only one sound prompt at the first key press. To change the timer while in operation, ensure the correct air fryer basket is selected and press the up or down timer key to change the set timer.
Starting and Pausing the Cooking Process: Once the desired function, temperature and timer has been selected, press the start/pause key on the control panel to start the cooking process. To pause the cooking process while operating, quick press the start/pause key to pause the cooking process. To resume operation press the start/pause key again to resume it. To cancel the cooking cycle and enter the appliance into standby mode, long press the power key to interrupt operation.
Cooking with Both Baskets: To use both of the air fryer baskets on separate temperatures and timers, first of all set up one basket as desired. To select the other air fryer basket, press the opposing key and set the temperature and timer as desired for the other set of ingredients. Once set, press the start/pause and both air fryer baskets will begin operating. Once operating, the `L', `R' and both fan indicators will begin to flash as the unit operates with both heating indicators staying illuminated. If any changes need to be made to either temperature or timer, press the corresponding air fryer basket key followed by any temperature or timer changes to be made. The air fryer will continue to work after the changes are made until the newly set timer has elapsed.

AIRFRYING INSTRUCTIONS
SMART FINISH Function: The smart finish function allows for two baskets for two air fryer baskets of food to be completed at the same time regardless of the cooking time set. Follow the instructions above to set two air fryer baskets to cook with different times on each basket without starting operation. Once both baskets are set, press the SMART FINISH key which will then begin to flash. Press the start/pause key to begin operation with only the air fryer basket with the longest time will begin while the other will remain in standby. Once the longer timer has decreased down to the same length of time as the air fryer basket in standby both of the air fryer baskets will operate until the timer has elapsed.
MATCH COOK Function: The match cook function allows for a quick an easy way to set two baskets with the same setting when planning on cooking a large quantity of ingredients across both air fryer baskets. Follow the instructions above to set a single air fryer basket to a desired temperature and timer. Once set, select the other air fryer basket and press the MATCH COOK key to copy the settings from the first set air fryer basket. Press the start/pause key to start the air fryer operation with both air fryer baskets with the same settings.
Starting a Cooking Session: Once the required settings have been selected, press the start/pause key to begin the cooking progress. The appliance will cook the food based on the selected temperature and timer. When the cooking timer has elapsed, the appliance with give off 5 sound prompts and both displays will show `END' to signal the cooking process has ended..

CLEANING AND MAINTANANCE
Clean the appliance after every use to prevent build up of food and oil inside the air fryer baskets. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool down. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the air fryer baskets and grill plates, as this may damage the non-stick coating. Clean the air fryer baskets and grill plates with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge or brush. If food remains stuck to the grill plates or the bottom of the air fryer baskets, let them soak in hot water and some washing-up liquid for a few hours or up to overnight. DO NOT allow water or any other liquid to enter the unit. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wipe the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge. Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before use. NOTE: The cooking basket is NOT dishwasher-proof. NEVER place the cooking basket in the dishwasher. STORAGE Ensure that the air fryer is cool, clean and dry before you store it. Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.

Problem The air fryer does not work.

Possible Cause The appliance is not plugged in.
A cooking basket or cooking mode has not been selected.
The Power Button has not been pressed.
The cooking baskets are open and the selected function is paused.

Solution Plug the appliance into a suitable earthed wall socket.
Select the required cooking basket and cooking mode by pressing the corresponding buttons on the unit's control panel.
Press the Power Button to turn the appliance on.
Close the cooking baskets to automatically resume the selected function.

The cooking baskets will not slide inside the unit properly.

There is too much food in the cooking baskets.

Take care not to overfill the cooking baskets.

Problem The fried ingredients are not done

Possible Cause Too much food has been added to the air fryer.

Solution Put smaller batches of ingredient in the air fryer. Small batches are fried more evenly.

The set temperature is too low.

Set to an appropriate temperature or select the appropriate pre-set program from the unit's control panel.

The cooking time is too short.

Set an appropriate cooking time or select the appropriate pre-set program from the unit's control panel.

Fresh fries are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer.

Wrong type of potatoes used.
The potato sticks were not rinsed adequately before frying.

Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay firm during frying.
Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove starch from the outside.

FAQs

Problem Fried snacks are not crispy or evenly fried when they come out of the air fryer.

Possible Cause Some food materials have to be fried with oil.
Wrong type of snacks used.
Food is stuck together or not in an even layer.

Solution Brush a thin layer of oil on the surface of the food first, then start to fry it. Use oven snacks or lightly brush some oil onto the snacks for a crispier result.
Shake or turn the food periodically through the cooking process.

Fresh fries are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer.

The crispiness of the fries depends on the amount of oil and water in the fries.

Make sure you dry the potato sticks thoroughly before you add the oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier result.

Add slightly more oil for a crispier result.

The food is burned.

Possible Cause The ingredients have a high oil content.

Solution Smoking will be normal.
