SD7K ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION! As a by-product of the manufacturing process, occasionally some metal shavings or burs will unavoidably remain. To avoid injury, please watch your fingers when adjusting clamps, or when working around pipe-ends and screw-ends.

I. SETTING UP THE FRAME OF THE DIGITAL DRUM KIT
Diagram 1: Left Leg Assembly
This diagram illustrates the assembly of the left leg structure.
- Attach the Pillar (L) to the clamp on the Leg (L).
- Using the drum key, tighten the screws on the clamp.
- Remove the screw attached to the connector.
- Attach the cross pipe to the connector.
- Re-attach the screw into the connector.
- Tighten the screw on the connector.
Diagram 2: Right Leg Assembly
This diagram illustrates the assembly of the right leg structure.
- Attach the Pillar (R) to the clamp on the Leg (R).
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
- Remove the screw attached to the connector.
- Attach the cross pipe to the connector.
- Re-attach the screw into the connector.
- Tighten the screw on the connector.

This diagram shows connecting the first center pipe to the left leg assembly.
- Attach Center Pipe (1) to the clamp on the Left Leg Assembly.
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
Diagram 4: Attaching Right Leg Assembly to Center Pipe (1)
This diagram shows attaching the assembled right leg structure to the center pipe.
- Attach the Right Leg Assembly to the Center Pipe (1).
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
Diagram 5: Connecting Center Pipe (2)
This diagram shows connecting the second center pipe to the left leg assembly.
- Attach Center Pipe (2) to the clamp on the Left Leg Assembly.
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
- Attach the Right Leg Assembly to the Center Pipe (2).
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
Diagram 6: Attaching Side Arm (L1)
This diagram shows attaching the left side arm to the left pillar.
- Attach the Side Arm (L1) to the clamp on the Pillar (L).
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
Diagram 7: Attaching Side Arm (L2)
This diagram shows attaching the second left side arm to the left pillar.
- Attach the Side Arm (L2) to the clamp on the Pillar (L).
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
Diagram 8: Attaching Side Arm (R)
This diagram shows attaching the right side arm to the right pillar.
- Attach the Side Arm (R) to the clamp on the Pillar (R).
- Tighten the screws on the clamp.
2. ATTACHING THE DRUM PADS
This section details how to attach the drum pads to the frame.
- Loosen the Wing Nuts on the drum pads.
- Remove the Metal Rods.
- Re-attach the Metal Rods to the drum pads.
- Tighten the Wing Nuts.
- Attach the drum pads assemblies to the holder clamps and adjust their position, then tighten the wing nuts on the Holder clamps. Repeat for other pads.

3. ATTACHING THE CYMBAL PADS
This section details how to attach the cymbal pads.
- Attach the Cymbal Holders to the Cymbal Holder clamps on the Side Arms.
- Tighten the Wing Nuts on the Holder clamps.
- Remove the Wing Nut and the Felt Washer of each Cymbal Holder.
- Attach the Cymbal pads to the Cymbal Holders.
- Re-attach the Felt Washer and Wing Nut, then tighten the Wing Nut of each Cymbal Holder. Repeat for other cymbals.

4. ATTACHING THE DRUM MODULE
This section details how to attach the drum module.
- Attach the Metal Rod to the Drum Module.
- Tighten the Wing Screw securely on the Drum Module.
- Attach the Metal Rod to the Holder Clamp on the Side Arm (L1) and adjust the position.
- Tighten the Wing Nut on the Holder Clamp.

5. CONGRATULATIONS
You've successfully assembled your new Simmons SD7K electronic drum kit.
You can now attach your own bass drum pedal to the kick pad. Also, be sure to attach the clearly marked cables from the pads to the correct inputs on the drum module.
