Download the App

Please search on App Store / Google Play for HND to download and install.

Scan to get the App:

• IOS: After scanning the QR code, select IOS App Store to download and install, or you can search for HND in the App Store to download and install.
• Android: After scanning the QR code, download and install the download option via a third-party browser.

Connecting the Device

1. IOS System Connecting

Power button/indicator light: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. A flashing blue light indicates that the machine is waiting for the app to connect.

Click the icon to open the app and the interface shown in the figure will appear.

Select ‘WLAN Options’.

Select to connect: WI-FI HNDEC_55-XXXX.

Go back to the app and enter normal use. As shown in the figure above, the blue light flashes and then turns on, indicating a successful connection.

2. Android System Connecting

Power button/indicator light: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. A flashing blue light indicates that the machine is waiting for the app to connect.

Click the icon to open the app and the interface shown in the figure will appear.

Select to connect: WI-FI HNDEC_55-XXXX.

Go back to the app and enter normal use. As shown in the figure above, the blue light flashes and then turns on, indicating a successful connection.

Important Notes & Safety

• If the image is unclear, wipe the lens with a cotton swab.
• When cleaning the lens, use a professional alcohol swab and wipe carefully.
• Before use, please look around. Do not use when people are walking around to prevent accidents.
• This product is not suitable for children under 5 years old.
• Children are not allowed to use it alone. Children must be supervised by an adult when using it.
• Please keep the product out of reach of children.
• Do not use the endoscope in liquid to avoid damage caused by flooding.
• This product is only for personal care and cannot be used as a medical device.
• Please store the product in a cool, dry place away from fire and corrosive substances.

Charging the Unit

1. Press and hold the button to confirm shutdown before recharging.

2. The indicator light is red and constantly on while charging.

3. The indicator light goes out when fully charged.

Troubleshooting

1. The screen freezes

A. The data transmission distance is too far, so do not move away from your phone when using the product.

B. Insufficient battery power can also cause freezing, so please charge it in time.

2. WiFi signal issues

A. The lower the battery power, the weaker the WiFi signal. Fully charge the battery before use.

B. The WiFi signal transmission distance has been exceeded, so the product and phone should be as close as possible.

C. There are too many Wi-Fi signals in the surrounding area, which will affect the product's signal. Try to use it in an area with fewer Wi-Fi signals.

3. No picture display

A. Check whether the mobile phone is connected to the correct product Wi-Fi name.

B. After confirming the connection, the product's blue light should be on constantly. If there is still no display, close the app and product, and then reopen them to connect again.
