Polycarbonate Panels Use and Care Manual
Installation Guidelines
Measure and mark your desired size before cutting. Use a sharp utility knife to cut panels, applying steady pressure for clean edges. For arched shapes, gently bend panels to your desired curve—avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
Install with ordinary tools, ensuring panels are securely fastened to your greenhouse frame to withstand weather conditions.
Maintenance
Clean panels regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sharp tools that may scratch the surface. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a lint-free cloth to maintain light transmission. Inspect panels seasonally for cracks, loose fasteners, or debris buildup, especially after extreme weather.
Important Notes
Do not expose panels to open flames or high-temperature sources directly. While flame-resistant, prolonged heat contact may cause damage. Ensure proper ventilation in summer to maximize insulation efficiency. Store unused panels in a dry, flat area away from direct sunlight and heavy objects to prevent warping. Follow these guidelines to preserve UV protection and durability for long-term plant growth.
