Connected Services Solution (CSS) is a cloud-based service that enables the integration of buttons, fixed video, and body-worn cameras with handheld communication devices. Triggers generated by the buttons, fixed video, and body-worn cameras result in voice notifications sent to the radios.
CSS's simple interface allows retail administrators to configure automated, connected workflows across their fleet of devices. The number and complexity of workflows can scale to meet the unique needs of their retail operations.
