The Richtek RT9440 is a highly integrated solution designed for 2 to 5 series Li-Ion battery packs. It offers comprehensive fuel gauging, autonomous cell balancing, and robust protection features, alongside charger control. This device accurately monitors battery capacity, voltage, current, and temperature, reporting critical parameters to the host system via the SMBus interface.
