Operation Guide

  1. Charging: The transmitter and receiver are powered by built-in lithium batteries. Please fully charge them before first use using the provided Type-C charging cable. A full charge takes 1 hour and provides up to 8 hours of continuous use. The battery indicator shows charging progress, with all four bars illuminated when fully charged.
  2. Pairing: To turn on the transmitter and receiver, long-press their power buttons for 3 seconds. They will attempt to pair automatically. A solid blue pairing indicator signifies successful pairing. If pairing fails (indicator flashes), re-pair by turning on the receiver and long-pressing its pairing button (indicator flashes quickly). Then, turn on the transmitter and long-press the Volume + and - buttons simultaneously (indicator flashes quickly). The receiver's indicator will turn blue upon successful re-pairing. To exit pairing mode, long-press the transmitter's Volume + and - buttons simultaneously.
  3. Usage Methods: The transmitter can be used in three ways:
    1) Handheld Mic: The transmitter is held directly.
    2) Lavalier Mic: The transmitter is clipped onto clothing, with an optional lavalier microphone connected.
    3) Connecting an external mic: An external microphone is plugged into the transmitter's 3.5mm jack.
  4. Connection to Audio Equipment: Ensure your speaker is off and the volume is turned down. Connect the receiver to your audio equipment (e.g., speakers, amplifiers, mixers) using the appropriate adapter (e.g., 6.35mm).
  5. Volume Adjustment: Turn on your speaker and test the microphone volume. Adjust the volume to a suitable level using the volume buttons on the transmitter and your speaker. Avoid pointing the microphone directly at the speaker during testing to prevent howling.
  6. Muting: The microphone can be muted by turning the volume on the transmitter down to its minimum setting.

Troubleshooting

1. No Sound

  • Match Failed: If the pairing indicator continues to flash, the match has failed and requires re-pairing. Follow step 2 of the "Operation Guide". If using an additional receiver, re-pair it with the transmitter before use.
  • Low Battery: The battery may be depleted. Fully charge the product before use.
  • Device Power Compatibility: This product is not recommended for devices with less than 15W power, such as portable mini Bluetooth speakers. For devices with power less than 100W, the sound effect may be lower than expected. It is recommended to use this system with devices exceeding 100W.
  • Volume Settings: Ensure the volume on both the transmitter and your equipment is turned up appropriately.

2. Noise

  • Excessive Output Volume: Check and reduce the output volume on the transmitter if it is too high.
  • Wind Noise: Use the included high-wind fur windscreen to minimize wind noise.
  • Interference: Check for strong magnetic fields or sound wave interference nearby. The 2.4G transmission technology may be affected by other 2.4G wireless devices operating on the same frequency. Turn off unnecessary nearby 2.4G wireless devices to reduce noise.

3. Faint Voice

  • Microphone Placement: Ensure the microphone condenser is not covered and is positioned approximately 20-25cm (8-10 inches) from the sound source.
  • Volume Settings: Adjust the volume settings on both the transmitter and speaker.
  • Low Battery: The battery may be depleted. Fully charge the product before use.

4. Howling

  • Microphone/Speaker Positioning: Adjust the position of the transmitter and speaker. Do not point the microphone directly at the speaker.
  • Reverb/Volume: Try turning off reverb effects and reducing the volume.

5. Transmission Distance

  • The actual transmission distance is typically less than 50 meters. Obstacles can reduce wireless signal transmission. In an open area, the transmission distance can exceed 50 meters. Avoid placing obstacles between the transmitter and receiver.
