How to Use
Getting Started
- Remove all labels, tags, and stickers from the appliance.
- Save the included literature.
- Water droplets may be present in the tank from quality testing.
Important Information
- For best performance, use distilled, purified, or filtered water. Tap water minerals can reduce efficiency.
- Never use perfumes, oils, or other additives.
- Always check garment care labels before steaming. Test fabrics for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.
- Steamers are not recommended for use on leather, suede, vinyl, plastic, or other steam-sensitive materials.
- The iron/steamer and accessories become HOT during use. Do not attach or remove accessories while hot.
- After preheating, prime the water pump by holding the steam trigger until steam forms.
- It is normal to hear or feel the water pump; it may be louder when the water level is low.
- Small amounts of dripping may occur; if excessive, allow the unit to reheat for a minute.
- Allow clothing to cool for about 5 minutes after steaming before wearing to prevent wrinkles.
Attachments
- Delicate Fabric Attachment: Reduces damage to fabrics like silk and lace. For items with embellishments, turn the garment inside out.
- Upholstery Attachment: For refreshing and cleaning larger items like bedding, mattresses, curtains, and sofas. Always test for colorfastness and heat sensitivity.
Attaching/Removing Accessories
- Ensure the iron/steamer and attachment are cool.
- Hook the top of the attachment over the top edge of the steamer.
- Click the bottom edge into place.
- To remove, lift attachments away from the heel first. Be aware of potential condensation.
Filling the Water Tank
- Place the iron/steamer on a flat, stable surface or the heat-resistant bag.
- Open the water-fill cover.
- Pour water slowly to allow air to escape and prevent air locks or overflow.
- Do not fill past the MAX marking.
- To refill during use: turn off the unit, unplug, and follow the filling procedure.
- After refilling, allow to reheat for 45 seconds and prime the pump.
Using the Iron/Steamer
- If a label says "do not iron" or shows a specific icon [no-iron-symbol], use the delicate attachment and test first.
- If a label says "do not steam" or shows a specific icon [no-steam-symbol], do not steam the garment.
- Hang garments in an area unaffected by heat/steam (e.g., shower curtain rail, doorway) or place on a bed/towel. Use the heat-resistant bag if needed.
- Install desired attachment (optional).
- Plug in and press the power button. The blue power light will turn on.
- The unit is heated and ready for use after approximately 45 seconds. The blue light remains on while the unit is powered.
- Prime the water pump by holding the steam trigger until steam forms.
- To generate steam, press the steam trigger. Steam emits while the trigger is held.
- For continuous steam, press the trigger, slide the lock downwards, then release the trigger. To turn off, press the trigger, slide the lock upwards, and release.
- Hold the fabric taut with your free hand. Steam the garment with slow, downward strokes, keeping the soleplate in contact with the fabric.
- When finished, press and hold the power button until the blue light turns off (approx. 3 seconds) and unplug.
- After use, rest the iron/steamer on its heel on a flat, stable surface, or use the heat-resistant bag.
Fabric Softening Infused Soleplate
The ceramic soleplate helps smooth wrinkles and creases, conditions fabrics, and reduces static. It is safe for all ironable fabrics. For pressing garments like collars and cuffs, place them on a flat, heat-resistant surface and keep the plate in contact. Use steam as needed. Ensure the ironing surface is protected from heat and steam.

- After drying, turn the unit on and lightly steam over an old cloth to remove residue from steam holes.
