This document provides details on CLAS Air Conditioning Leak Stop products, designed to seal leaks in automotive air conditioning systems. Two variants are available: CO 4065 for R134a refrigerant and CO 4070 for R1234yf refrigerant.

Features
- Intended for automotive air conditioning circuits.
- Suitable for circuits up to 1.5 Kg of refrigerant gas.
- Does not contain R134a gas or propellant gas, compliant with regulation CE 842/2006.
- Vehicle must be equipped with a low-pressure connection.
- Net content: 30mL.
- Active product is a colorless to pale yellow liquid.
- Intended for professional use.
- Do not use in hermetically sealed systems.
- Recommended to use goggles and protective gloves during application.
Usage Instructions
- Recover the refrigerant gas from the A/C system. It is recommended to change the filter beforehand to remove moisture.
- Connect the A/C station and vacuum the system for 8 minutes.
- Check the vacuum level with a manometer.
- Turn off the vacuum pump and verify that the vacuum is maintained for at least 5 minutes.
- If the vacuum cannot be maintained for 5 minutes, the leak is too significant for the product to be effective.
- If the vacuum test is successful, disconnect the low-pressure (LP) quick coupling from the A/C system. Connect the leak stop product using the quick coupling (B) to the A/C system's low-pressure connection.
- Holding the product bottle upside down, press the button (A) until the liquid is sucked into the system (approximately 8-10 seconds). Disconnect the leak stop.
- Recharge the A/C system with the appropriate refrigerant gas and oil, following the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
- Start the car and let it run for at least 20 minutes to allow the product to work and seal the leak.
