Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Tranquillo. Tranquillo offers a 12-month warranty on the base stand. Tranquillo is not responsible for normal wear and tear, products used commercially, or failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care. There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, do not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty. Tranquillo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Replacement parts or products will be sent at Tranquillo's discretion if the defect is a result of a fault on their side. Proof of purchase with the date and photos of the defective merchandise must be provided. Photos are used to determine the cause of defects and for future quality control.

ALINE STAND STRAP - WHAT'S IN THE BOX

• 1 x Hammock Stand
• 1 x Hardware Set, including:
• 2 x Straps
• 2 x S-hooks
• 9 x Bolt with plastic knob 20 x 8mm
• 3 x Bolt with plastic knob 35 x 6mm

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALINE STAND

1. Attach the bolt to connect the horizontal bar with the V bar, tighten. Repeat on the opposite side(s) for each step.
2. Connect the vertical bars to the keys. Ensure the holes align. Tighten with the bolt with plastic knob.
3. Connect the supporting bars, ensuring the holes align. Attach each point with the bolt with plastic knobs, and tighten.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - USE & CARE

Under normal use, the Tranquillo ALINE hammock chair will last for years. Follow these basic care tips to prolong the life of your stand:

• Before each use, inspect your hammock for wear and weakness.
• Take your time getting into and out of your hammock. Any hammock may tip if your weight is not centered.
• Ensure the stand is assembled correctly and the hardware is securely tightened before each use.
• Swinging, bouncing, jumping, and other excessive movements may cause serious injuries, including the stand tipping over.
• Supervise children at all times. Do not allow children to play or sleep in hammocks with this stand without constant supervision.
• Pets should not be allowed in hammocks as it may result in injuries or damage the product.
• Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity of the base stand.
• Store the base stand indoors when not in use. Cool, dry locations are recommended to prevent damage from moisture and environmental elements.
• The powder coating is durable, but some scratching is inevitable. To avoid excessive rust, wipe scratched areas as needed to remove moisture.
• Use a soft cloth and warm water to wipe down the stand if necessary. Dry the stand after cleaning and before storing to prevent rust.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the stand seems unstable, ensure it is on a level surface and the feet are correctly distributed as shown in the assembly instructions. Also, confirm that all components are assembled correctly and the hardware is securely tightened.

Any modification or failure to follow the recommended care will void the product warranty.

1. Drill a hole in the ceiling roughly the same diameter as the screw. Drive the screw into the hole until flush with the surface of the ceiling.
2. Connect the S-hook onto the desired notch.
3. Drill a hole in the ceiling roughly the same diameter as the anchor. Hammer the anchor in until flush with the surface of the ceiling. Drive the screw into the anchor.
4. Thread the end of the strap through only the second D-ring as shown, pull to tighten.
5. Attach the straps as desired.
6. Thread the end of the strap through both D-rings.
