This device utilizes HDMI color detection technology to achieve highly accurate synchronization of light colors with your screen content, without interference from ambient lighting. It supports HDMI 2.1 features like VRR and ALLM, and can handle refresh rates up to 60Hz at 8K resolution and 144Hz at 4K resolution. With the included RGBICW LED strip, you can create a vibrant gaming and entertainment lighting show.

Safety Instructions

Please read and follow these safety instructions:

• During installation and use, be mindful of static electricity. Keep the product away from sharp objects or strong corrosive chemicals.
• When bending the LED strip during installation, avoid bending the LED components themselves, as this may affect the product's lifespan.
• Before installation, remove any nails, metal objects, or other conductive items from the mounting surface.
• Do not install the LED strip near heat sources.
• Do not allow children to install the light strip unsupervised.
• Do not install the light strip near potentially hazardous sources (e.g., candles, containers filled with liquid).
• The recommended operating temperature is between 0-40 °C.
• The recommended storage temperature is between -20-60 °C.

Front View

The front of the AI Sync Box features:

1. Power Button: Press to turn the device on/off.
2. RGBIC Indicator: Displays the status of the RGBIC lighting.

Rear View

The rear panel of the AI Sync Box has the following ports:

• Type-C (OUT): Connect the LED strip here.
• HDMI (OUT): HDMI output to your monitor or TV.
• HDMI (IN 1-4): Four HDMI input ports to connect your source devices (e.g., game consoles, PCs).

Installation

1. Prepare Surface: Wipe the area where you will install the LED strips to ensure it is dry and clean.
2. Apply LED Strips: Adhere the LED strips to the back of your TV. Press them firmly, then reinforce them with the included clips.

3. Connect Strip to AI Box: Plug the LED strip into the Type-C port on the AI Sync Box.

4. Connect Source Device: Connect one end of an HDMI cable to one of the input ports (IN 1-4) on the AI Sync Box and the other end to the HDMI output port of your source device (e.g., game console, computer).
5. Connect to Display: Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on the AI Sync Box and the other end to your monitor or TV.

Pairing with Govee Home App

What You Need:

• A Wi-Fi router supporting 2.4 GHz bands and 802.11 b/g/n (5 GHz is not supported).
• An iOS or Android smartphone or tablet.

Pairing Instructions:

1. Download the Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, and search for "H8604".
4. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Troubleshooting

LED Strips Not Lighting Up:

• Check all cable connections. Disconnect and reconnect the power adapter and the DC port to ensure the control box is powering on correctly. The LED strips should light up 10 seconds after power-on.
• Before turning on the LED strips, ensure they are plugged into the LED port.
• If you disconnected the LED strips, restart the power adapter after the lights are functioning correctly.

Included Stickers Not Sticking Well:

• Wipe the installation surface to ensure it is dry and clean.
• When attaching the LED strips, press them firmly.
• Reinforce the LED strips with the included clips or other strong adhesive tapes.

WiFi Connection Failed:

• During setup, do not skip any steps for WiFi connection. Ensure you have entered the correct WiFi name and password according to the app's instructions.
• 5GHz WiFi is not supported. Connect the LED strip to the 2.4G WiFi band and restart your router.
• Use your smartphone to check if the WiFi connection is stable.
• The LED strips may not be compatible with your router. Try connecting the LED strips to your smartphone's hotspot.
