Expert Advice
Pots and Pans
Only use pots and pans made from ferromagnetic material suitable for induction cooktops.
Compatible Materials:
- Enameled Steel
- Cast iron
- Stainless steel for induction cooktops
To check suitability, use a magnet to see if the pot is magnetic. The quality and structure of the pot base can affect cooking performance.
Cleaning
Recommendations to avoid permanent damage to your cooktop finish:
- Spray the cooktop with water, covering the soiled area, and let it soak for at least 5 minutes.
- Wipe with a moist, non-abrasive soft sponge. For heavy soiling, leave the soap on for an additional 20-25 minutes.
- Clean your cooktop after each use to prevent soil build-up and prolong its finish.
- The grease filter and air nozzle are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
