Network Camera Installation Procedure
Mounting Components
The installation involves connecting a network camera to a column-mounted bracket with quick-release clamps via a junction box. The following components are used:
- Network Camera
- Junction Box
- Column-mounted bracket with quick-release clamps
Fasteners
The following screws are required for the installation:
- 4 x M4x20 hexagon socket pattern screws
- 3 x M6x20 hexagon socket combination screws
Assembly Steps
The diagram illustrates the process of attaching the camera to the junction box and then to the column-mounted bracket. The red arrow indicates the direction of assembly or attachment.
Step 1: Attach the camera to the junction box using the hexagon socket pattern screws.
Step 2: Secure the junction box (with the camera attached) to the column-mounted bracket using the hexagon socket combination screws.
Visual Description of Assembly
The top part of the diagram shows the assembled camera mounted on the bracket. The bottom part of the diagram shows the components separated, illustrating the connection points. The camera unit, with its antennas and lens housing, is shown on the left. To its right is the junction box, which connects to the camera's mounting interface. The junction box is then attached to a larger, column-mounted bracket that features quick-release clamps for securing it to a pole or column. The screws are labeled with their specifications and types, indicating where they are used in the assembly process.
