Unscrew bolt and loosen dome nut to adjust the mounting angle.
Adjust the angle of the light fitting and line up bracket holes to either the top or bottom mounting holes.
Use Loctite® 222™ retaining compound (not included) to secure the dome nut. Screw in and tighten bolts on both sides.

Under certain circumstances, connecting multiple CP24 luminaires can cause them to pulse on/off or flash. The CP24 Industrial LED Luminaire uses high-efficiency switch mode drivers designed for constant power. When input voltage drops below the nominal range, power is reduced to prevent battery damage and circuit breaker tripping. Over-voltage protection is also integrated for safe operation on mobile plant equipment.
The graph illustrates the relationship between power consumption and input voltage. It shows a 'Constant Power Range' where power output remains high as voltage varies within a specific band (approximately 21V to 35V). Beyond this range, power output decreases, and a 'Typical over voltage cut-off level' is indicated.
The CP24 is designed for connection to a low impedance 24VDC source (e.g., battery or power supply) using cables up to 2 meters in length.
For installations with multiple CP24 units connected to a single common cable (e.g., 15m long with 35mm² cross-section), the cable's inductance can create voltage spikes due to high current peaks. These spikes can exceed the driver's cut-off voltage, leading to momentary shutdowns and external observation as light flicker.
The Q factor, defined as the ratio between Impedance at a particular frequency (ωL) and DC resistance (R), is relevant in this scenario. The formula is:
Q = ωL / R
To prevent voltage spikes and associated flickering:
⚠️ A normal voltmeter or multimeter may not detect these voltage peaks because they perform averaging of the input voltage. A Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO) is required to accurately observe these voltage peaks.
