Overview
This document provides an overview, highlights, and specifications for the Tapo LiDAR Navigation Robot Vacuum & Mop, model RV30C.
Robot Vacuum Controls
- ▶️ Power/Clean Button: Press once to start or pause cleaning. Press and hold for 5 seconds to turn the robot vacuum on or off. (For initial use, slide the power switch from OFF to ON.)
- ? Dock: Press to return the robot to its charging dock.
- ? Spot Cleaning/Child Lock Button: Press once to start spot cleaning. Press and hold for 5 seconds to turn the child lock on or off.
- ➕ Combination Button: Press and hold simultaneously for 5 seconds to enter setup mode for network configuration. Press and hold simultaneously for 10 seconds to restore factory default settings.
LED Indicators
- ? Red: Battery level below 20%; indicates an error.
- ? Orange: Battery level between 20% and 80%.
- ? Green: Battery level above 80%.
Robot Vacuum Components
The robot vacuum features several key components:
- Top View: LIDAR sensor for navigation, Buttons & LEDs for control and status, Recharge Sensor, Bumper for collision detection, Cover, Power Switch, and a combined Dustbin & Water Tank.
- Bottom View: Cliff Sensors to prevent falls, Side Brush for edge cleaning, Wheel for movement, Caster Wheel for maneuverability, Charging Contacts for power, Main Brush for debris pickup, and Main Brush Cover Latch.
- Dustbin & Water Tank Assembly: Includes a Dustbin Latch, Rubber Plug for filling the water tank, Water Tank Latch, Filter, Water Tank, and an Open Dustbin mechanism.
- Charging Dock: Features an LED Indicator and Charging Contacts to connect with the robot.
