JSoul Mate Air

Overview

The JSoul Mate Air earbuds feature active noise cancellation and Bluetooth connectivity.

Components:

• Earbuds (Left and Right)
• Charging Case
• Eartips (S, M, L sizes)
• Charging Cable

Key Features:

• Touch Area on each earbud for controls.
• LED indicators on earbuds and charging case.
• Reset Button on the charging case.

Wearing

For optimal fit and sound quality:

1. Select the appropriate size eartips (S, M, L) that fit your ears best.
2. Remove the insulation films from the earbuds before first use.
3. Insert the earbuds into your ears and adjust their angle for a secure and comfortable fit.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. The LED on one earbud will flash blue and white, while the other will flash solid white, indicating pairing mode.
2. On your Bluetooth device, go to settings and select "JSoul Mate Air" to pair. The LEDs will turn off after successful pairing.

Bluetooth Multipoint:

1. Connect to your FIRST device.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on the first device.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your SECOND device and connect to "JSoul Mate Air".
4. Turn on Bluetooth on the FIRST device again to reconnect.

Charging

Earbuds Charging:

• Place the earbuds into the charging case.
• The LED on the earbuds will blink blue while charging and turn off when fully charged.

Charging Case:

• Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided charging cable.
• The LED on the charging case will blink blue while charging and turn solid blue when fully charged.
• The case LED blinks red when the battery is low and needs charging.

Factory Reset

If Bluetooth pairing fails or you experience issues:

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
2. Press and hold the RESET button on the charging case for 3 seconds.
3. The earbud LEDs will blink blue 4 times to confirm a successful reset.

Touch Functions

• Single Click (Left/Right Earbud): Answer Call, Play/Pause Music
• Double Click (Left/Right Earbud): Hang Up Call, Next Track
• Triple Click (Left/Right Earbud): Previous Track
• Press and Hold (Left/Right Earbud): Activate Voice Assistant (if supported by device)
