Insert the product into a panel and fasten the bracket. Ensure proper wiring and space for heat radiation. Warm up the unit for over 20 minutes after power-on for accurate measurement.
Parameter Reset
Hold the front +, +, + keys for 5 seconds to enter the parameter reset [INIT] parameter. Select 'YES' to reset all parameters to factory default or 'NO' to maintain previous settings. Parameter reset is unavailable if parameter lock [LOC] is set or auto-tuning is in progress.
Cautions during Use
- Follow instructions in 'Cautions during Use' to avoid accidents.
- Check terminal polarity before wiring temperature sensors. Use same thickness and length cables for RTD sensors. Use designated compensation wire for thermocouple sensors.
- Keep away from high voltage lines or power lines to prevent inductive noise. Use shielded wire for input signal lines.
- Install a power switch or circuit breaker in an easily accessible place.
- Do not use the unit for purposes other than temperature control.
- Turn off power before changing the input sensor and modify the corresponding parameter.
- 24VAC, 24-48VDC power supply should be insulated and limited voltage/current or Class 2, SELV.
- Make required space around the unit for heat radiation.
- Ensure power supply voltage reaches rated voltage within 2 seconds after supplying power.
- Do not wire to unused terminals.
- This unit may be used in indoors, at altitude max. 2,000m, pollution degree 2, installation category II.
