Installation Guide

Part 1: Attaching the FullVUE® Mirror to the windshield

1. Remove the existing mirror from the windshield mount according to the manufacturer's directions. Use the appropriate removal tool if necessary.
2. Mount the new mirror onto the D-tab and secure it with a Phillips screwdriver. Caution: Do not overtighten, as this could damage the windshield.

Part 2: Powering the FullVUE® Mirror

1. Connect the power harness to the mirror's plug. Route the harness along the top of the headliner, down the A-pillar, and to the desired location in the kick panel.
2. Ensure the harness is not pinched when trim panels are replaced.

Part 3: Wiring the FullVUE Mirror

1. Connect the RED wire from the mirror harness to a 12-volt accessory power source.
2. Connect the YELLOW wire from the mirror harness to a 12-volt constant power source.
3. Connect the BLACK wire to a solid ground. A chassis ground in the kick panel is recommended.

Part 4: Function Test

1. Turn the vehicle ignition ON. Verify that the front camera feed is displayed on the mirror screen. Turn the ignition OFF; the mirror should power down.

Disassembly

Part 1: Removing the third brake light

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws located on either side of the third brake light assembly.
2. Carefully pull the brake light assembly out from the cab. Avoid damaging the foam gasket around the opening.
3. Disconnect the power connector from the brake light assembly.

Running Wires

Part 1: Video Connector

1. Connect the 9m camera harness to the mirror harness at the designated connection point near the mirror.
2. Run the 9m camera harness from the FullVUE Mirror through the headliner towards the third brake light location.
3. Pull the video connector of the 9m camera harness through the grommet to the exterior of the cab.

Assembly

Part 1: Assembling the Bezel

1. Attach the thick foam gasket to the back side of the bezel or the light assembly, whichever piece does not have a gasket from the factory. Note: Ensure the camera cable passes through the bezel's channel before applying the foam.
2. Place the foam side of the bezel against the vehicle.
3. Connect the rear camera harness to the camera. Align the arrows on the connectors correctly.
4. Plug the third brake light assembly back into its cab plug.
5. Insert the screws through the holes in the light assembly and then insert the light into the bezel.
6. Align the screws visible through the bezel with the vehicle's screw holes. Be careful not to scratch the vehicle's paint.
7. Secure the assembly by tightening the factory screws.

Adjustment

Part 1: Bezel Viewing Adjustment

1. If the camera's view angle needs adjustment, gently bend the bracket until the desired view angle is achieved.
