Contact the vendor where you purchased the product if any components are missing. Components may differ in different locations.
The Kiosk stand is not provided and must be purchased and installed separately.
Assembling the Display and the Connection Box
Follow these steps to assemble the display and the connection box:
- Align the Connection Box with the rear of the display. Secure it using four (4) M4, L12 screws.
- Attach the power strip to the Connection Box.
- Secure the Connection Box further using eleven (11) M3, L5 screws and two (2) M3, L8 screws.
- Attach the two (2) sheet covers.
- Install the EFT Terminal cover holder and guide.
Cautions:
- Connect the power cable only after completing the assembly process. ?
- Use the provided power strip only. Retail power strips cannot be assembled to the Connection Box, and their safety is not guaranteed.
- Disconnect the power cable before connecting other cables.
- Tighten the screws on the bottom of the Connection Box to prevent tip-over. ⬆️

Connecting and Using a Source Device
To connect a PC or other source device, ensure an HDMI cable or a USB cable (for TOUCH) is connected to the display before assembling it to the Connection Box.
Connecting to a PC/Video Device
Connect the USB cable (for TOUCH) before connecting to a PC. ➡️
Connecting the LAN Cable
Use a Cat7 (*STP Type) cable for the connection (10/100 Mbps). (*Shielded Twist Pair)
Installing EFT Terminal
Compatible EFT Terminals include Verifone P400 and Ingenico Lane 3000/5000. Note that the EFT Terminal is not provided or sold by Samsung.
Assembly involves using screws (M3, L5) and (M3, L8) to attach the terminal components.
Wall Mount Kit Specifications
To install a wall mount bracket:
- Disassemble the rear cover of the Connection Box.
- Remove the sheets covering the VESA holes by pressing them from the inner side of the rear cover.
- Install the wall-mount bracket.

Kiosk Home Menu
When the product is turned on without the Kiosk app installed, the home menu appears. To display the home menu when the Kiosk app or an external device screen is running, tap and hold one of the display's four corners to open the simple menu, then tap the Home button. ⭐
Menu Options:

| Kiosk App | Run the installed Kiosk app. If not installed, the App Management screen appears for installation. |
| App Management | Install or delete the Kiosk App and check app installation information. |
| Peripherals | Check information of devices connected to USB and serial ports. |
| Clone Product | Export or import product settings to/from an external storage device. |
| Network Status | Check the current network status. |
| On/Off Timer | Set the On Timer or Off Timer for automatic product power control. |
| All Settings | Access the OSD menu to adjust product functions and settings. |
Installing or Uninstalling the Kiosk App
Navigate to App Management on the home menu to install or uninstall the Kiosk app.
Installing the Kiosk App:
- From Web Server: Select the app provider or enter the web server address where the app can be downloaded. Ensure you enter the address for the install file and the update domain.
- From USB Device: Select to run the install file of the Kiosk app stored on a USB memory device.
Note: If re-installing, you must delete the installed app first.
Uninstalling the Kiosk App:
Select "Uninstall Kiosk App". During re-installation, choose "Keep" to retain previous data or "Delete" to remove all data.
