If a product does not work or has an issue with a specific part, Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® will provide a free replacement part or a new or comparable product at no charge.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is extended to the original owner for residential and personal household use only. It does not apply to products used for commercial, rental, or re-sale purposes. If ownership changes during the 2-year period, update owner information at snowjoe.com/ProductRegistration.

What is Covered?

Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship, or normal wear and tear from ordinary household use, for two years from the purchase date. Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® will send a replacement part or product, as needed, free of charge with free shipping to the original purchaser. If the product cannot be repaired with a part, Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® will send a new product or refund the full purchase price.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not apply to products used commercially or in non-household applications. Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance are not covered. The warranty is only valid if the product is used and maintained according to the owner's manual. Unauthorized warranty repairs are not covered. Costs incurred for substitute equipment or service during reasonable periods of malfunction or non-use are not covered. Wearing parts like belts, augers, chains, and tines are not covered. Batteries are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Exclusive remedies are repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Snow Joe® + Sun Joe® is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue.
