Operating the Washing Machine
Loading Clothes and Setting Program
Load the clothes to be washed in the drum and close the door securely.
Add the detergent into the relevant compartments for the type of program you are going to select. Add detergent as described in the Detergent and Additives section of the User's Operation Manual.
- Turn on the power.
- Turn the program selector dial to the required program. Ensure it passes through "Off" if the initial position is not "Off".
- Select washing temperature and spin speed by pressing the "Temp." and "Spin" buttons.
- Press the "Options" button to select additional functions.
- After starting the program, the display window shows the program length (hours:minutes) and additional function options in sequence.
Additional Function Selection
At standby state, press the "Options" button to select additional functions for the current program. Select only one function per press; the corresponding icon will flash. After starting, the program cannot be changed.
- Pre-wash: Select for enhanced washing effects and better stain removal, suitable for heavily soiled clothes. Add laundry detergent/washing powder to the pre-wash box and washing powder to the main wash box.
- Extra Rinse: Adds an additional rinse cycle before the softening process, increasing the total program time.
Important Warnings and Indicators
- Inlet Water Warning: If the tap is not opened, or water pressure is too low, the display screen will prompt "F01" to give an alarm.
- Drainage Warning: If the drain pipe is squeezed or blocked, drainage may not be smooth. If it fails to drain completely for a long time, the display screen will prompt "F03" to give an alarm.
- Door Lock Icon: After the program starts, the Door Lock icon lights up, indicating the door is locked. The door unlocks automatically upon program completion. During a pause, if the door opening conditions are met, the lock will unlock, and its indicator light will go out. Do not force the door open when the lock indicator light flashes to avoid personal injury.
Delay End Function
Allows the machine to run at a convenient time, for example, during off-peak electricity hours.
- This button is valid only in standby mode for selecting the reservation time.
- Each press of the reservation button increases the time by 1 hour.
- The delay time must be longer than the wash program length. For example, if the selected program time is 02:28, the delay time selected must be between 03:00 and 24:00.
- When the reservation process is operated, the 'reservation time' icon will be on. When the reservation process is finished, the icon will be off.
- If delay end is selected and the start button is not pressed, the delay can be canceled by rotating the program selector dial.
- To cancel the delay time during a delay program, turn the machine off by pressing the "On/Off" button for 2 seconds.
Mute Function
Press "Spin + Options" buttons for 2 seconds to toggle mute mode. The display will show "bEEp oFF" or "bEEp on". All buzzing will be turned off except for alarms.
Child Lock
To enhance child safety, press the "Temp. +Spin" button for 2 seconds to set or release the Child Lock. When set, all function buttons are shielded. The lock is released when the program selector is turned to "Off" or upon program completion.
To Start the Program
After selecting options and placing detergent, turn on the water tap and press the "Start / Pause" button. The screen displays program progression and remaining time.
To Cancel the Program or Reselect Options
- Rotate the program selector to "Off" for 3 seconds to turn off the machine.
- Select the new program and options.
- Press the "Start / Pause" button to turn on the machine without adding extra detergent.
End of the Program
When the program finishes, "End" is displayed. The machine turns off automatically if no operation is taken for 2 minutes. To complete: 1. Rotate program to "Off". 2. Close the tap. 3. Open the door and remove clothes. 4. Slightly open the door to remove moisture.
Reload in Process
Press "Start/Pause" to reload clothes. If the reload icon lights up, the door can be opened. If the reload icon does not light up, the door cannot be opened (current temperature over 50°C or reloading time passed).
Automatic Weighting
After startup, the machine displays "----" while weighing automatically. It adjusts program length according to the weight of clothes.
Dry Function
Press the "Dry level" button to select dry time and additional functions. Options include Iron, Cupboard, Extra Dry, and Time Dry. The machine can sense clothes weight to adjust dry time. Ensure clothes can be dried (refer to program table). Make sure the tap is open and cold water is in place before drying. For separately drying, take out dehydrated clothes, loosen them, and put them back. The wall attachment of excessive and dehydrated cotton clothes may affect the dry effect. Overload dry may affect the dry effect, while excessive dry may cause wrinkles. For chemical fiber clothes, select the "Iron" mode. If clothes with different materials are dried together, the dry effect may be affected; classify clothes before drying.
Dry Level Descriptions:
- [Iron]: Clothes with little water can be ironed after drying.
- [Cupboard]: Clothes can be worn instantly after drying.
- [Extra Dry]: Clothes can be stored up after drying.
- [Time Dry]: Dry clothes for a specified time (e.g., 30 mins, 1 hr, 1.5 hrs, 2 hrs, 3 hrs, 4 hrs). Select a reasonable time to avoid incomplete drying.
Note: Wet clothes still dripping are not suitable for drying, which may cause the machine to alarm!

Troubleshooting Guide
Dry Faults
If you encounter issues with the drying function:
- Washing machine does not carry out dry process: Check if the dry program is set, the water tap is open, the door is well closed, and the dry clothes are not excessive (refer to the program table for capacity). Take out part of the clothes to dry again if necessary.
- Dry is not sufficient: Check if the dry clothes are excessive, which can cause unsatisfactory dry effects and folds. Divide the clothes into two parts for drying separately. Also, check if clothes that are not easy to dry (e.g., thicker cotton) are mixed with clothes that are easy to dry (e.g., chemical fiber). Dry different types of clothes separately or dry them again.
- Dry time is too long: Check if the dry clothes are excessive. Ensure clothes are fully dewatered (refer to manual for dewatering issues). Consider that thicker clothes like denim may naturally take longer to dry.

Programme Instructions and Notes
Key instructions and information regarding program usage:
- The eco 40-60 program cleans normally soiled cotton laundry declared washable at 40°C to 60°C in the same cycle, and is used to assess compliance with EU ecodesign legislation.
- Power consumption in off-mode is 0.49W, and in left-on mode is 0.49W.
- The most efficient programs in terms of energy consumption generally use lower temperatures and longer durations.
- Loading the washing machine up to the manufacturer's indicated capacity for respective programs contributes to energy and water savings.
- Use detergent, softeners, and other additives correctly. Do not apply excessive detergent, as it may adversely affect washing results.
- Periodic cleaning, optimal frequency, and limescale prevention procedures are important.
- Noise and remaining moisture content are influenced by spinning speed: higher speed means higher noise and lower remaining moisture.
- Product information and energy consumption labels can be obtained by scanning a QR code (not included in this HTML).
- The wash and dry cycle cleans normally soiled cotton laundry declared washable at 40°C or 60°C, dries it for cupboard storage, and is used to assess compliance with EU ecodesign legislation.
