2. Packing List

The following items are included in the IAQ Kit. Note: [standard] = standard item, [optional] = optional item.

3. Registration and Activation

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to cloud.milesight-iot.com to register a Milesight IoT Cloud account. The Milesight IoT Cloud App can also be installed from Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Activate the account to the Pro 1 plan by entering the activation code on the web GUI. Contact your sales representative to obtain an activation code.

4. Setting-up the Gateway (UG63 Mini)

  1. Power on the UG63 Mini Gateway using either Power over Ethernet (PoE) or the Type-C port.
  2. Connect the UG63 Mini Gateway to a PC via an Ethernet port or a PoE switch. Configure the IP address of the computer to be in the same subnet as the UG63 Mini Gateway (e.g., 192.168.23.200).
  3. Type 192.168.23.150 into your web browser to log in to the UG63 Mini Gateway's web GUI. The default credentials are: Username: admin, Password: password.
  4. Enable the Network Server and Milesight IoT Cloud modes within the gateway's configuration.
  5. Select the Connection Type for the Ethernet port and fill in the necessary IP information. Connect the UG63 Mini Gateway's Ethernet port to network devices such as a router or modem to establish Internet access.
  6. Add the gateway to your Milesight IoT Cloud account by entering its Serial Number (SN) on the cloud page or manually within the Cloud App. Ensure the gateway appears as online.

5. Setting-up the Sensors

  1. Install batteries into the AM103/AM103L devices and AM307 devices. For the AM319 sensor, connect the Type-C cable to its USB port, ensuring there is an opening to pass the cable through.
  2. Use an NFC-enabled smartphone with the Milesight ToolBox App installed (available on Google Play and the App Store). Place the NFC area of your phone close to the sensor's NFC area to power on, read, and configure the device.
  3. Add sensors to the Milesight IoT Cloud page by entering the device SN. Alternatively, use the Cloud App to scan the QR code on the device label or manually enter the device SN. For AM307/AM319 sensors, configuration is also possible by connecting the Type-C port to a PC and using the ToolBox software downloaded from the Milesight website (https://www.milesight-iot.com/software-download/).
