Key Definitions
- Power on: Press the POWER key for 2 seconds. The red and blue lights flash alternatively.
- Power off: Press the POWER key for 3 seconds. The red light flashes 3 times.
- Answer the call: Press the POWER key once.
- Hang up the call: Press the POWER key once.
- Refuse incoming calls: Press the POWER key for 1 second.
- Interrupt dial-out calls: Press the POWER key once.
- Redial last number: Long press the POWER key for 1 second on the right headset.
- Play/pause: Press the POWER key once.
- Volume +: Triple-click the POWER key on the right headset.
- Volume -: Triple-click the POWER key on the left headset.
- Previous song: Double-click the POWER key on the right headset.
- Next song: Double-click the POWER key on the left headset.
- SIRI: Long press the POWER key for 1 second on the left headset.

Charging Mode
- Charge with the charging dock: The blue light flashes.
- Headset is charged and powers off: The red light is normally on.
- Low battery alarm: Prompts low battery when the battery level is lower than 10%. The red light flashes twice every 5 seconds.
Headsets Pairing Mode
TWS Pairing Mode
Take two headsets out from the charging case, and they will automatically enter TWS pairing mode. Alternatively, manually press the power key for 2 seconds on both headsets simultaneously to power on. They will enter pairing mode directly. If pairing is not made within 5 minutes, the headsets will switch to power-off state.
Single Pairing Mode
Take one headset out from the charging case, and it will automatically enter single pairing mode. Alternatively, manually press the single headset's power key for 2 seconds to power on. Search for the headset model "H-21" and click to connect. If pairing is not made within 5 minutes, the headset will switch to power-off state.
Remark
- Wireless pairing name: bosbos H-21.
- When music is played, place the headset into the charging box. The headsets will disconnect from the mobile phone and switch off. When taken out of the charging case, the headset powers on automatically for connection.
- Connects to the mobile phone automatically after powering on.
- If the headsets cannot connect to the mobile phone, reboot and connect again.
- Maximum input voltage is DC 5V; excessive voltage will damage the charging box.
