WARNING 1) AFTER COMPLITING THE REFRIGERANT COLLECTION (PUMPING DOWN), STOP THE COMPRESSOR AND THEN REMOVE THE CONNECTING PIPE. If you remove the connecting pipe while the compressor is operating and the service valve is released, air is sucked and a pressure in the refrigeration cycle system will build up steeply, causing an explosion or injury. 2) WHEN INSTALLING THE UNIT, BE SURE TO INSTALL THE REFRIGERANT PIPE BEFORE STARTING THE COMPRESSOR. If the Connecting pipe is not installed and the compressor is operated with the service valve released, air is sucked and the pressure CONNECTIING PIPE level of the refrigeration cycle may increase abnormally & can result in a rupture and injury. IF PIPE CONNECTION OPEN, DO NOT TURN ON UNIT 3) DO NOT INSTALL THE UNIT AT LOCATION OF FLAMMABLE GAS. Outdoor unit may catch the fire if flammable gas leaks around it. 4) USE ONLY NITROGEN GAS FOR PRESSURE LEAK TEST. Y In case that other abnormalities are found, stop the system, turn OFF the main power supply and contact JCH-IN authorised service centers / dealers / distributers.. Y DO NOT install the indoor unit, outdoor unit, remote controller and cable at places: (1) Where there is oil vapour and the oil is dispersed. (2) Where the hot springs are near in a sulfuric environment. (3) Where heat generation, flowing, staying, leaking of flammable gas or water is detected (4) Where the sea is riser (in the salty environment). (5) Acid or alkaline environment. Y DO NOT install the indoor unit, outdoor unit, remote controller and cable within approximately 3 meters from strong electromagnetic device which have radiation such as medical equipment. Y Do not run any cable for transmission and signal along the power line (220~240V, 380~415V). Y Do not run any cable for transmission and signal along other cable for transmission and signal. -If the cable are required to be run along, keep a distance more than 30 cm. between each cables or insert the cables for each transmission system into the metal conduit tube and ground one end of the conduit tube. -If the transmission cable are required to run along power cable keep a distance of 30cm.(1Ft) between transmission and power cable. 5 KNOW YOUR AIRCONDITIONER 1.5 TR - 2.0 TR INDOOR UNIT : Ceiling suspended indoor unit.
