Operation Instructions
1. For use with devices running Android 7 or higher, Windows 10 or Mac OS, UA2 Plus works as a plug-n-play device, without any need to install additional drivers. For use with Windows 8, 7 or XP, please download dedicated USB drivers from https://en.shanling.com.
Note: Due to differences in the system and hardware of Android devices, there may be compatibility issues with some Android devices.
2. For use with certain devices, such as gaming consoles or older Android devices, UA2 Plus must be switched to a basic USB mode. For such devices, please hold down the USB Mode button on the UA2 Plus while connecting it to the device.
3. UA2 Plus is completely powered through the USB input, consuming only small amount of power from the connected device. UA2 Plus might get slightly warm during usage, this is not a malfunction and it does not affect performance.
4. For use with iOS devices, a special USB-C to Lightning cable is needed.
Companion APP
Eddict Player app allows access to additional settings and control over UA2 Plus. You can download it directly from Play store.
Note: Only Android system allows access to the settings through the Eddict Player app.
