Device Layout
The Marshall Emberton features a straightforward design with key functional elements clearly marked. The device is a rectangular portable loudspeaker with a distinctive grille and control knob.

1. Control Knob: This central, multi-functional knob allows for various operations:
- I. Power On/Off: Push and hold for 2 seconds to turn the speaker on or off.
- II. Play/Pause: Push once to play or pause audio playback.
- III. Skip Forward/Back: Push to the right to skip to the next track, or to the left to go back to the previous track.
- IV. Fast Forward/Rewind: Push and hold to the right to fast forward within a track, or to the left to rewind.
- V. Volume Up/Down: Push upwards to increase the volume, or downwards to decrease the volume.
- 2. Bluetooth® Pairing Button and Indicator: Located on the top panel, pushing this button until the indicator light above it blinks initiates Bluetooth pairing mode.
- 3. Battery Indicator: A 10-segment LED display shows the current battery charge level.
- 4. USB Port for Charging: Situated on the back or side of the speaker, this port is used to charge the battery. Connect the included USB cable to a power source. The battery is fully charged when the battery indicator stops blinking.
Getting Started
- Push the control knob for 2 seconds. The speaker turns on and enters pairing mode.
- On your audio device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), select "EMBERTON" from the Bluetooth list to establish a connection.
