Maintenance Service Details
Standard Cleaning: Basic disassembly and cleaning of the indoor unit.
Enhanced Cleaning: Includes standard cleaning, UV sterilization, evaporator cleaning, and outdoor unit cleaning (no disassembly).
Service Inclusions: Costs include basic installation (5-meter copper pipe), product warranty, LG maintenance services, and consumables.
Warranty: Free warranty service during the contract period. Excludes service issues caused by non-manufacturer services, human error, or force majeure. Warranty service may be suspended if monthly payments are not made on time.
Installation Notes: LG reserves the right to modify or cancel orders if the installation location is deemed hazardous by the technician.
