Electric oven
Important Safeguards
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Oven belong to high - power appliances, should be equipped with special sockets.
- To protect against electric shock, do not place any part of the electric oven in water or other liquid. Power cord not touch the oven heated surface.
- Do not operate appliance with damaged cord or plug, or when the appliance already has been damaged in any manner, return appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Center for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use,or before cleaning.Let it cool before putting on or taking out parts, or before cleaning.
- Do not damage, excessively bend, stretch, twist the power cord; Do not put heavy objects on the power cord or pinch the cord strongly.
- The oven should be placed in a dry environment, do not use this product outdoors.
- After use, turn off the oven and unplug the power cord.
- The oven top and side cooling holes must not touch or covered by flammable items.
- Pay attention from curtains, drapes or similar items, when using, to avoid causing a fire.
- When using the oven, please put it stable,and do not close to flammable materials.
- The oven should be placed on a dry, flat places, and leave enough space around, keeping a distance of surrounding objects (at least 10-15CM).
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handle or knobs.
- According to the height of food, the grill or pan should put into the appropriate position, too much food, metal, glass, paper, plastic, flammable chemicals, etc., may not be put into the oven baking.
- To disconnect, turn the control to STOP, then unplug the plug. Always hold the plug, never pull the cord.
- When the electric oven works, must be careful to move the food tray or other accessories, to avoid high temperature oil temperature liquid burn. Do not remove the crumbs.
- When the oven is working or just finish working, the external surface temperature may be very high, do not touch or move.
- If you want to move, you must wear heat insulated gloves.
- When the electric oven is fully opened, the food should not be placed over the glass door
- When moving or repairing the electric oven, the power plug should be removed first, and the electric oven should be cooled down.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads, can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
- With a mild detergent cleaning all accessories including the grill and hotplate.
- Do not clean heating pipes, If longtime no use, can use light oil to clean outlook of the heating pipes.
- This product is suitable for home use, not suitable for other use.
- All repairs and maintenance should be by a professional maintenance staff.
Circuit Diagram

Accessories
The oven comes with several accessories:
- Wire rack: For toast baking or other solid food without oil.
- Bake tray: Used for baking foods with soup, cakes, pizza, and small foods like corn and beans.
- Tray handle: For picking and placing the oven wire rack and baking tray.
- Rotisserie fork: For roasting chickens, ducks, and other poultry.
- Rotisserie handle: Used to place the rotating grill.
- Rotary basket: For roasting beans, nuts, and peanuts.
Note: Oven spare parts are according to what features you need.
Control Panel and Operating Instructions
The control panel features a digital display, control knob, and touchable keys for operating the oven.
- 1.1: Before plugging in, check if the voltage is 220V/50Hz.
- 1.2: A "Beep" sound indicates power supply connection.
- 1.3: The control knob is adjustable before the program starts. Preset "Top/Bottom" to switch functions.
- 1.4: Use the "Menu" button to return to the main menu to select functions.
- 1.5: "Start/Stop" button starts, pauses, and resumes operation.
- 1.6: "Time" button is used for time setting. Adjust time by turning the knob.
- 1.7: "Temp" button is used for temperature setting. Adjust temperature by turning the knob in 5°C increments.
- 1.8: "Light" button turns the inner oven lamp on/off.
- 1.9: "ON/OFF" button controls the power to the oven.

Preparing Before Use
- Remove all packaging material and accessories from the electric oven.
- Ensure your power supply matches the oven's rated voltage (220V/50Hz) and connect to power.
- Clean the inside and outer surfaces of the oven with a soft towel and allow it to dry completely before use.
- For the first use, set the thermostat to maximum and warm up for 5 to 10 minutes. A slight smell is normal due to a protective film on the heat pipe.
- Refer to recipe instructions for any preparatory work needed for specific dishes.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Before cleaning, unplug the power cord and ensure the oven has cooled down completely.
- Clean the inner and outer surfaces with a dry soft cloth or sponge and a neutral detergent.
- Clean the bake tray, grill, and feeding fork with warm water, then wipe with a clean cloth.
- Do not use wire brushes, stiff brushes, or corrosive liquids, as they can damage the oven's interior surfaces and protective layers.
- Do not use gasoline, thinner, polishing agents, or toxic/corrosive cleaners.
- Do not rinse the oven or immerse it in water.
