Appearance Introduction
The Popglory Smart Watch features a Full Touch Screen, allowing users to interact with displayed content. It also has a Side Button, which can be pressed and held for three seconds to power the device on or off. On the back, you will find Charging contacts and a Green light sensor.
How to Charge
To charge your P22 watch, follow these steps:
- In a well-ventilated area, place the magnetic charging cable (included) and a USB adapter on a flat surface.
- Place the P22 watch magnetic charging cable on the back of the P22 Watch. Ensure the charging contacts correctly attach to the back of the watch via magnetic force.
- Connect the cable to the power adapter.
- Connect the adapter to the power outlet.
The watch has charging contacts and a magnetic charger for connection to a USB adapter.
Functions Introduction
- Home screen: Displays date, time, steps, calories, and more.
- Exercise data: Tap "EXERCISE" to view exercise time, heart rate, calories, etc. You can end or pause the exercise by tapping the icons in the upper right corner.
- Heart rate: Tap the "HR" icon to measure your current heart rate. More detailed data is available in the HeroBand III app.
- Blood oxygen: Tap the "SpO2" icon to measure your current blood oxygen. More detailed data is available in the HeroBand III app.
- Steps: Records current steps, calories, time, and distance.
- Sleep data: Wear the watch to sleep, and it will track your sleep. After waking up, tap the "Sleep" icon to view sleep duration and trends for the past 7 days in the HeroBand III app.
- Blood pressure: Tap the "BP" icon to measure your current blood pressure. More detailed data is available in the HeroBand III app.
- Exercise modes: Tap the "EXERCISE" icon to choose from 7 sport modes: walking, running, cycling, skipping, badminton, basketball, and football. The watch records exercise time, heart rate, and calories for each mode.
- Weather conditions: Check current and forecasted weather. This function requires connection to the APP and phone's GPS with location permissions enabled.
- Remote camera: Tap "SHUTTER" in the HeroBand III app after connecting the watch. You can then use the watch to take a photo by clicking the camera icon or shaking your watch.
- Settings: Access settings to adjust screen brightness, set silent mode, customize watch faces, reset, or power off the device.
- Message notifications: The watch can display text messages, calls, and app notifications (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter). This requires connecting to the APP and enabling "NOTIFICATIONS".
- Music control: Play/pause music when paired with your phone. Ensure the phone's music player is open before using this feature.
- Timer: Tap "Timer" to use the stopwatch function. Swipe left to exit.
App Installation
The compatible app is HeroBand III. You can download it by scanning the provided QR code with your phone or by searching for "HeroBand III" in the App Store (for iPhones). Connect the watch with the phone within the app for optimal use. Tip: Do not connect the watch directly via Bluetooth; bind it with the app first.
How to Connect
Follow these steps to connect your watch:
- Open the App to set personal information.
- Switch to the [device] page and click [bind device].
- Click on [P22] in the list of scanned devices.
- Bind completed.
Note: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and that no other devices are paired. Do not connect directly to your mobile phone via Bluetooth.
App Instructions
- Enter the app and pull down on the main page to update data.
- Click on functional modules like steps and sleep to view current or recent exercise and sleep data.
- Click the exercise/heart rate/blood pressure modules to check current or recent data. You can also measure heart rate and blood pressure within the app; test data will be automatically saved.

- Use the matching charging cable for charging.

FAQs
Q: How to connect with mobile phone?
- Download HeroBandIII and turn on your phone's Bluetooth. Scan the QR code in the manual to download the app. Do not connect the device directly via Bluetooth. While Bluetooth is on, bind the watch in the APP. Connecting directly through the Bluetooth list is not available.
- Allow all notifications. When you open the app for the first time, it will search for the device automatically. Keep the fitness tracker near your phone. Select your device from the app and confirm. You can pull down the homepage to synchronize data.
Q: Inaccurate measurement results
To improve measurement accuracy:
- Wear the watch correctly: Ensure the device fits snugly against your wrist skin and keep your arm still during measurement.
- For accurate blood pressure readings, measure after wearing the watch for 3-5 minutes.
- Fill in your personal physical information correctly in the app to improve step counting accuracy.
Q: How to change the time?
The watch time synchronizes with your phone's time.
- Set the time on your phone.
- Connect the watch with the app.
- Go to "Homepage" and pull down to sync data. The watch will then display the same time as your phone.
Q: Can not receive message notification
- Connect the watch with the app and navigate to "Watch" → "Notification".
- Select the programs for which you want to receive messages. For example, to receive Facebook notifications, enable "Facebook" and allow notifications, then go to "Homepage" and pull down to sync data.
- Confirm that messages are displayed normally in your phone's notification bar. The watch receives messages by reading the phone's notification bar. If no notification appears on the phone, the watch will not receive it.
Q: About music control, weather and camera
When the watch is correctly connected to the phone, click the corresponding buttons to use these functions normally. Please allow the app to start automatically and run in the background, as your phone may clear background programs, making these functions unavailable.
