The TTEZEK Swipe Card Time Clock system simplifies and automates employee time and attendance processing. This system utilizes magnetic stripe swipe cards to instantly record employee punches. It efficiently manages weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay periods.
The TTEZEK kit includes the TimeTrax™ time and attendance software download and 50 swipe cards. Users can easily edit employee time cards and generate comprehensive reports, including Payroll, Time Card, Attendance, Employee Punch, Detail Payroll, Employee Detail, Hourly Summary, and Employee Seniority reports. The system automatically calculates employee hours, overtime, and holiday hours. It creates export files compatible with most major payroll providers, such as ADP®, Fidelity®, Heartland®, and PayChex Preview®, and directly syncs with QuickBooks®.
Setup is simple, and the system is designed for easy expansion with employee upgrade packages, additional swipe cards, and/or TTEZET Add-On Time Clock Terminals.
