DeepCool LS SE Series Liquid CPU Cooler
This guide provides instructions for installing the DeepCool LS SE Series Liquid CPU Cooler, available in 240mm and 360mm sizes. The series includes models: LS520/720 SE, LS520/720 SE WH, LS520/720 SE DIGITAL, and LS520/720 SE DIGITAL WH.
Compatibility
This cooler is compatible with the following CPU sockets:
- Intel: LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA1151, LGA1150, LGA1155
- AMD: AM5, AM4

Please verify you have all the necessary components before installation:
- A: CPU Cooler Unit (x1)
- B: Front Mounting Screws (Optional) - 240 MM (x8), 360 MM (x12)
- C: Mounting Standoffs - 240 MM (x8), 360 MM (x12)
- D: Intel Mounting Bracket (x1)
- E: Intel Mounting Screws (x4)
- F: Intel Retention Module (x4)
- G: Low-Speed Adapter (7PIN) - 240 MM (x2), 360 MM (x3)
- H: Fan and Pump Connection Cables (x1)
- I: AMD Mounting Bracket (x2)
- J: AMD Standoffs (LGA1200/115x) (x4)
- K: AMD Standoffs (LGA1700) (x4)
- L: AMD Mounting Brackets (x2)
- M: AMD Standoffs (AM5/AM4) (x4)
Installation Instructions
Intel LGA1200/1151/1150/1155 Installation
- Attach the Intel Mounting Bracket (D) to the motherboard, aligning it with the correct mounting holes for LGA1200/LGA115x.
- Place the Intel Standoffs (J) onto the bracket (D).
- Mount the CPU Cooler Unit (A) onto the CPU.
- Secure the cooler using the Intel Mounting Screws (E) with the Intel Retention Module (F). Rotate the screws clockwise to tighten.
- For front radiator mounting (optional), use Front Mounting Screws (B) to attach the radiator and fans to the chassis.
Intel LGA1700 Installation
- Attach the Intel Mounting Bracket (D) to the motherboard, aligning it with the correct mounting holes for LGA1700.
- Place the Intel Standoffs (K) onto the bracket (D).
- Mount the CPU Cooler Unit (A) onto the CPU.
- Secure the cooler using the Intel Mounting Screws (E) with the Intel Retention Module (F). Rotate the screws clockwise to tighten.
AMD AM5/AM4 Installation
- Remove the stock AMD mounting brackets from the motherboard.
- Attach the AMD Mounting Brackets (L) to the motherboard, aligning them with the AM5/AM4 mounting holes.
- Place the AMD Standoffs (M) onto the mounting brackets (L).
- Mount the CPU Cooler Unit (A) onto the CPU.
- Secure the cooler using the AMD Mounting Screws (E) with the AMD Retention Module (F). Rotate the screws clockwise to tighten.
Radiator Mounting
Front Mounting (Optional):
- Attach the fans to the radiator using the appropriate screws.
- Mount the radiator assembly to the front of the chassis using the Front Mounting Screws (B).
Connection
Connect the fans and the pump to the motherboard and power supply using the provided cables (H). The cooler supports two connection methods:
- Standard Connection: Connect the 4-PIN/CPU_FAN/CPU_OPT cables to the corresponding motherboard headers. Connect the AIO_PUMP/W_PUMP header to the motherboard's AIO_PUMP header.
- Connection with Low-Speed Adapter: Use the Low-Speed Adapter (G) for quieter operation. Connect the adapter to the pump and then to the motherboard's 5V D header. Connect the fans to the motherboard's fan headers.
Refer to the diagram for specific pinouts (+5V, GND, D).
Environmental Information
