Instructions for Use
Powering On/Off: Press and hold the main power button to turn the product on; the LCD screen and power button indicator will light up. To turn off, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds until "off" is displayed on the LCD, then release.
Using Functional Areas: With the main power on, lightly press the switch button for each functional area (AC, DC, USB). The corresponding icons on the LCD screen will light up, enabling the function. Pressing the button again turns off the function and its LCD icon.
Notices:
- Short pressing the main power button turns off the LCD screen but does not shut down the product. The product will automatically shut down if not operated within 5 minutes.
- The default standby time is 6 hours. If no output power keys are on and no load is connected, the product will automatically shut down after 6 hours. If not operated within 5 minutes, it enters sleep state with the LCD screen turning off. The LCD screen lights up upon load changes or operations. Standby time can be set via the APP.
- In high-temperature environments, it is recommended to use loads below 1600W when the battery is discharged from 100% to 30% to avoid triggering high-temperature protection.
Recharge Methods
AC Charging
Connect the device using the standard AC charging cable. The input power reading will appear on the screen, and charging begins. It supports up to 1400W fast charging, taking approximately 1.3 hours for a full charge.
Instruction for Fast Charging & Slow Charging Switching:
- Ensure the product is turned on and input/output ports are off.
- Simultaneously press the IOT button and the left DC button for 3-5 seconds. The LCD screen will flash and display 'SET', entering the input power switching interface.
- Lightly press the IOT button to switch between 'L' (700W input, slow charging) and 'H' (1400W input, fast charge).
- After selection, press the POWER button for 3-5 seconds to confirm. The LCD screen will stop flashing and display 'SUC' upon success.
- Press the POWER button again for 3-5 seconds to exit the switching function.
Solar Charging
Use the accessories "Anderson to MC4 adapter cable" to connect standard solar panels. Up to 3 standard solar panels can be connected.
Notes:
- The solar charging cable (MC4-Anderson adapter cable) and solar panels must be purchased separately.
- When using solar panels, ensure connections are made according to user manual specifications.
- Before connecting solar panels, confirm the output open circuit voltage is within 80V to prevent product damage.
Car Charging
Use the car charger port to charge the product, supporting 14V/8A charging. To protect the car battery, charge only after the car engine is started. Ensure the car charger port and the cigarette lighter of the car charger input cable are properly connected. The company is not liable for losses due to non-compliance with standard operation.
Power Pack Charging
Up to one power pack can be connected. Use the product-specific power pack cable to connect the product and the battery pack. The device starts charging when an input power reading appears on the screen.
Notes:
- Ensure both the product and the power pack are turned off before connecting.
- After connection, verify the LCD displays input power before use.
- Do not connect or disconnect power packs during charging or discharging. Turn off the power before operating if connection/disconnection is necessary.
- Avoid touching metal terminals at the connection port with hands or objects. Clean any foreign objects on terminals with a dry cloth.
- Battery packs can only be plugged in or unplugged when the device is in shutdown status. Connecting or unplugging while the device is on may trigger overcurrent protection, voiding the warranty for any resulting damage.
Gasoline SilentInverter Generator Charging
This device supports charging via a gasoline silent inverter generator. Use the product-specific cable to connect the generator. The generator automatically starts when the power station's battery level drops below 20% and charging begins. The generator stops operating when the battery level exceeds 85%, ending the charging process.
Notes:
- Follow the gasoline silent inverter generator's user manual when operating.
- If multiple charging sessions are needed within a short period, the device does not require manual operation after the generator shuts down at 85%. The generator will restart automatically when the connected battery level falls below 20%.
- Do not plug or unplug the cable while the generator and power station are in operation, as this may damage the equipment.
- In an emergency, press the emergency stop button on the generator to halt it.
- Ensure the product is turned off before connecting to the gasoline silent inverter generator; otherwise, damage to the equipment will not be covered by warranty service.
Other Functions
EPS (Emergency Power Supply)
The product supports EPS functionality, acting as a non-professional UPS. When grid power is connected to the AC Input Port via an AC cable, electrical devices can be powered through the AC Output Port using grid power. In the event of a sudden blackout, the product automatically switches to battery power supply mode within 20ms.
Note: This function does not support 0ms switching. Do not connect it to equipment requiring uninterrupted power supply (e.g., data servers, workstations) without testing compatibility. It is recommended to use only one device at a time. The operating power should not exceed 2000W (input + output). At 2000W load and charging, it will delay for one minute to report overload and shut down. If the power exceeds 2000W, it will shut down the output after a 1-second delay. Avoid using multiple devices simultaneously to prevent triggering overload protection. The company is not responsible for device malfunction or data loss due to failure to follow instructions.
Frequency Switching
To switch frequency:
- In the power-on state, turn off the AC output. Press the main power button and the DC button (USB output) simultaneously to enter the switching frequency menu.
- Press the AC output button to cycle through frequency options. The selected frequency will flash.
- Long press the main power button to set the frequency. The word "SUC" will display if the setting is successful.
- Long press the main power button again to exit the setting menu.
AC Input Overload Protection
If the AC input current continuously exceeds 25A, the device's charge input port will activate protection. The AC input overload protector button will pop up automatically. After confirming the product is not faulty, press the AC input overload protector button to resume charging.
FAQ
- What type of battery does the product use?
This product uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate batteries. - What equipment can be connected to the AC output port of the product?
The AC output port has a rated power of 2000W and a peak power of 4500W. It can power most household appliances. Confirm the power of the appliance before use and ensure the sum of the power of all load devices is less than the rated power. - How to know how long the product can provide power?
The LCD screen displays the battery life. Devices with stable power consumption can be estimated based on this time. - How to tell if the product is charging?
When charging, the LCD screen shows the remaining charging time, the power indicator circle rotates, and the input power is displayed. - How to clean this product?
Use a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel. - How to store the product?
Turn off the product and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not place near water sources. For long-term storage, charge and discharge the battery every 3 months (discharge to 0%, fully charge, then discharge to 60%). Products not charged/discharged for over 6 months may void the warranty. - Can this product be brought on board a plane?
No. - Is the actual output capacity of the product consistent with the capacity specified in the user manual?
The capacity indicated is the rated capacity. Due to efficiency loss during charging and discharging, the actual output capacity is lower than the specified capacity.
