Safety Information
- Ensure the power to the thermostat you are replacing is turned off.
- The thermostat must be installed and used in accordance with local electrical regulations. If you are unsure or feel uncomfortable during installation, please call a qualified electrician.
- Do not install the thermostat with wet hands or while standing on wet or damp surfaces.
- The device only supports electric underfloor heating systems.
- The device is not compatible with water/boiler heating systems.

* Long-pressing the mode button for 3 seconds temporarily unlocks the child lock.
* Press and hold the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to factory reset and restart the device.
Wiring and Connections
The thermostat connects to the mains power (Live and Neutral) and controls the electric heating system (Load Live and Load Neutral). It also has terminals for an optional floor temperature sensor. For detailed wiring diagrams, please refer to the back of the device or the Meross app, which guides you through the connection process.
Installation and Setup
- Download the Meross app. ?
- Set up the device:
- Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. ?
- Ensure the device is within a strong Wi-Fi signal range.
- The device supports iOS 13/iPadOS 18 and later. It is recommended to update your iOS or iPadOS to the latest version before pairing.
- Launch the Meross app and log in to your account, or if you are a new user, tap 'Sign Up' to create a new account.
- Tap the '+' icon to select the device type you wish to add, then follow the setup wizard to complete the configuration. ➕
* MTS200 only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
Setup Notes
- If this is not your first time adding this device, reset it before proceeding: press and hold the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons ⬆️⬇️ for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED indicator blinks.
- After setup is complete, you can manage the device in the Apple Home app.
- If the QR code does not work, try adding the device in the Apple Home app.
