Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Attach the side panels to the base panels using screws (118331).
- Step 2: Assemble the shelf components using bolts (101345).
- Step 3: Connect the side panels to the back panel using screws (118331).
- Step 4: Attach the support brackets using dowels (113434) and screws.
- Step 5: Insert the drawer runners using dowels (113434) and screws.
- Step 6: Attach the main desk structure using bolts (113434) and screws (100224).
- Step 7: Attach the lower shelf using bolts (118331).
- Step 8: Attach the upper shelf support using bolts (101345).
- Step 9: Connect the side supports to the main structure using bolts (113434).
- Step 10: Assemble the drawer unit using screws (100224) and bolts (109041).
- Step 11: Attach the pegboard to the back panel using screws (109041).
- Step 12: Attach the tabletop to the main structure using screws (113287).
- Step 13: Secure the tabletop with additional screws (113287).
- Step 14: Attach the height adjustment mechanism cover using screws (113287).
- Step 15: Attach the height adjustment crank using screws (110078).
- Step 16: Attach the upper back panel using screws (110078).
- Step 17: Slide the protective strip into the designated channel.
- Step 18: Adjust the desk height using the adjustment mechanism. Ensure the desk is at the desired height by checking the markings on the legs.
- Step 19: Secure the desk to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. Follow the instructions for wall mounting, ensuring the correct screws and plugs are used for your wall type (solid or hollow). If unsure, consult a professional.
- Step 20: Final check of all connections.
- Step 21: Ensure the desk is stable and all parts are securely fastened.
Wall Mounting Instructions
For safe installation, it is crucial to secure the furniture to the wall using the provided anti-tip restraints. The supplied screws and plugs are suitable for most solid and hollow walls. For solid wood, use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain about the appropriate mounting method for your wall type, seek professional advice.
Wall Types:
- A (Solid Wall): Use screws without plugs.
- B (Hollow Wall): Use screws with plugs.
- C (Solid Wood): Use screws without plugs.
Drilling Guide:
- For solid walls (A) and hollow walls (B), drill a hole with a diameter of 8 mm (5/16").
- For solid wood (C), drill a hole with a diameter of 3 mm (1/8").
Installation Steps:
- Drill holes in the wall according to the wall type and diameter specified.
- Insert wall plugs if required for your wall type.
- Attach the furniture to the wall using the provided screws, ensuring a secure fit.
