Operation Instructions

Turn On/Off

• To turn on: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1.5 seconds. The blue light flashes quickly, indicating pairing mode.
• To turn off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. A beep will sound.

Connect Bluetooth Devices

Turn on the headphones and your phone's Bluetooth. Find "BJ21-10" in the Bluetooth list on your phone and select it to pair.

Calling

• Answer/Hang up a call: Single click the ON/OFF button.
• Decline a call: Press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.
• Cancel dialing: Single click the ON/OFF button before the call is answered.
• Answer a third-party call:
  • When a third call comes, single click the ON/OFF button to hang up the current call and answer the new one.
  • Double-click the ON/OFF button to pause the current call and answer the new one. To return to the previous call after ending the third call, click the ON/OFF button.
  • Long press to hang up the third call and keep the current call active.

Auto Off Timer

The timer has 4 modes: 30 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, or cancel the timer. To set the timer, triple-click the "+" button.

Bluetooth Music Playing

• Play/Pause Music: Click the ON/OFF button.
• Volume Up: Short click the "+" button.
• Volume Down: Short click the "-" button.
• Next Song: Long press the "+" button.
• Last Song: Long press the "-" button.

White Noise Playing (Nature Model)

• Turn On White Noise: Triple-click the "_" button. You will hear the prompt "Nature mode".
• Turn Off White Noise: Triple-click the "_" button again. You will hear the prompt "Bluetooth mode", returning to normal Bluetooth mode.
• Volume Up: Short click the "+" button.
• Volume Down: Short click the "-" button.
• Next Sound: Long press the "+" button.
• Last Sound: Long press the "-" button.

Nature model performance defaults to single loop. Available sounds include: Ocean Sound, Sound of Streams, Light Thunder, Drizzle, Birdsong, Firewood, Seagulls, Thunder.

Light Status Indicators

During charging, Bluetooth automatically resets and shuts down. It can only be turned on after unplugging the charging cable.

How To Disassemble And Wash The Sleep Mask?

Important: The Bluetooth module is not washable!

Please wash the sleep mask only after removing the Bluetooth module. Disassembly steps are shown in the figure (textual description): Carefully detach the fabric cover to access and remove the Bluetooth module. Ensure the module is placed in a safe, dry location before washing.

Install: Be sure to place the Bluetooth module back into the designated eye mask bag after washing and drying.

1. Step 1: Connect the charging cable to the sleep headphones' charging port.
2. Step 2: Once fully charged, unplug the charging cable from the headphones.
3. Step 3: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the device. The blue light will flash quickly, indicating pairing mode.
4. Step 4: Remove the Bluetooth module before cleaning or washing the sleep mask.
