Installation
Install SIM Card
Open the back cover from the bottom right corner of the phone and insert your Nano SIM card.
Install Battery
Before powering on, tear off the insulating sticker on the battery contacts. Then, install the battery and replace the back cover.
Basic Operations
Turn On/Off Phone
Long press the power button for 5 seconds to turn the phone on or off.
Unlock Keypad
Slide the unlock button located on the right side of the phone upwards to unlock the keypad. If the keypad is already unlocked, sliding it again will unlock it.
Charging
When the battery is low, charge the phone. You can charge the device directly via the charger or by using the charging dock. The charging indicator on the dock turns red when charging. If the phone is not placed correctly on the dock, the indicator will be green; reposition the phone until it is well seated.
Save Contact
To save frequent contacts: Input their phone number on the keypad, select 'Options', then 'Add to contacts'.
Make Call
Enter the phone number on the keypad and press the dial key ? to dial. You can press the speaker icon ? to activate hands-free mode.
Answer Call
When a call comes in, press the dial key ? or the answer key to answer. Press the hang-up key ? to end the call. A missed call or unread message will be indicated by a lit indicator light. You can view call history in the 'Call logs' menu.
Send and Receive SMS
Navigate to the 'Message' menu and select 'Write message' to compose an SMS. Received messages can be viewed in the 'Inbox'. The 'Message' menu also allows settings for 'Broadcast message' and 'Voice mail server'.
Multimedia Settings
Access the 'Multimedia' menu to find options for Camera, DV, Audio, Video, and FM radio. Use the navigation keys to select functions. Press the OK key to enter photo mode and take a photo. For FM radio, use 'Options' to 'auto search and save' nearby stations.
Applications and Connectivity
Applications
The 'Application' menu includes: Calendar, Calculator, Recorder, Clock, STK, Unit conversion, Bluetooth, Internet, and My files.
Bluetooth
Activate Bluetooth via the 'Application' menu. Select 'Paired device' to search for nearby Bluetooth devices. You can also select 'Add new device'.
Settings
The 'Settings' menu provides access to Phone settings, Call settings, Profiles, Display, Security, and Connections.
Phone Settings
Includes Time & date, language settings, shortcut settings, auto power on/off, and restore factory settings. To restore factory settings, use the default password '0000'. Back up your data before restoring, as it will be lost.
Call Settings
Options include Call divert, Call waiting, Call barred, Hide ID, and others.
Profiles
Profiles include Normal, Silent, Meeting, Indoor, and Outdoor. To customize, select 'Options' then 'Customize' to adjust settings like Ring settings, Volume, and Ring type. Volume can also be adjusted using the side +/- keys.
Display
Settings for Animation effect, Wallpaper, Screen saver, Contrast, Keypad backlight time, and Auto keypad lock.
Security
Options include PIN, PIN2, Phone lock, password modification, Privacy, Fixed Dialing number, and blacklist. Users are advised to set and keep passwords carefully, as forgetting them may lock the phone permanently.
Connections
Settings for Network account, Data service, Data Roaming, Network selection, Network type, and VOLTE.
Speed Dial
Set up to 8 frequent contacts (keys 2-9) for quick dialing. Press and hold the assigned key for 5 seconds to automatically call the contact.
SOS Settings
In emergencies, press and hold the SOS button ? on the back of the phone for 5 seconds to call and send a pre-set SOS message to up to 5 emergency contacts. You can set up to 5 phone numbers and one SOS message.
Torch Light
Use the volume +/- keys on the left side of the phone to turn the torch light ? on or off.
