Installation and Usage
Installation Steps:
- Step 1: Pull out the power cord from the main engine. Turn the main engine, remove the power plug from the bottom of the main engine and pull the power cord lightly.
- Step 2: Assemble meat parts.
Assembly Process:
- Hold the meat cone with one hand, and screw the meat into the meat barrel with the other hand.
- Install the four-blade knife onto the screw. Ensure the blade faces outward. Be careful not to pinch the blade to prevent hand injury.
- Install the knife cake. Align its position with the minced meat cylinder gap.
- Tighten the lid of the meat cone clockwise. Loosen it counterclockwise. Do not overtighten.
- Hold the main engine with one hand and the meat grinder with the other. Tilt slightly towards the front and install it onto the main engine.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Disassembly:
- Turn off the switch first, then pull out the plug.
- Press the loosening button downwards and rotate the meat grinder clockwise to detach it from the main engine.
- Unscrew the cap of the mince barrel. If the knife cake is too tight, use a screwdriver to pry it loose.
- Remove parts from the meat cone, rinse with water, and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the exterior of the body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main engine in water or wash it under the tap.
- Metal parts, such as the knife cake and four-blade knife, can be soaked in olive oil or other edible oils to prevent rusting.
- The power cord can be stored in the body and reassembled in reverse order of installation.
- Medium and small hole knife cakes can be stored in the knife cake box.
Cleaning After Use:
- When removing the four-blade knife, be mindful of the sharp blade to avoid cuts.
- Clean the minced meat and then clean all parts (except the main body) with normal temperature water (not exceeding 40 degrees).
- Store the product in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
- For your health, ensure the product is clean and dry upon receipt.
- Never put the main unit in the dishwasher.
